Can these desktop speakers hold the Kanto YU6 speakers

Would these be compatible with sonos one sl speakers?

Hi there, yes these could be compatible with those speakers. The W is slightly smaller so there could be overhang. The dimensions for the stands are 7.09 x 4.33 x 8.27 inches.

Will these stands work for Bowers and Wilkins 607 Bookself speakers?

Would they work? Sure, but the top plate of the Kanto SP6HD stand is a square shape 7" (inches} long and wide. My speakers are 7-1/2" wide and 10-1/2" inches deep, so they cover the whole plate. The B&W 607 speakers are 6-1/2" wide and 9-1/8" deep according the the Crutchfield website, so they would not completely cover the plate of the stand in the width dimension. A 1/4" of the stand would be exposed on each side. The Kanto SP9 has a smaller top plate and may be better for the B&W 607s.
