Excel Burgess Guinea Pig Nuggets Blackcurrant and Oregano, 2 kg

My guinea pigs have always had this food m I've tried them on other foods but they get really enthusiastic about this one, and they never seem to go off it. It's not the cheapest brand, but the price here was good - at the time of writing, it's selling for a ridiculous £7.50 at Pets at Home, so check online and judge for yourself.

This is a large bag of food which arrived boxed and in perfect condition. This is excellent food and all my guinea pigs over the years have thrived on it. This type of food is perfect as it prevents selective feeding, where piggies just pick out the bits they prefer, usually the least healthy. With this there's no waste, and it's easy to see each day how much they are eating. Definitely recommend. I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

Good in prices, Snuggles and Hoppity loves both the blackcurrent and oregano, and the really like the one with mint. If there is any other flavours I definitely want to be trying it. I recommend this brand 100%. And it’s one I’m definitely sticking too i literally only buy these brands. I bought the Guinea pig mix that’s in a tub on Amazon and My Guineas didn’t take much interest in the pellets, so that’s why changed. I like to give my Guineas a variety of food and it’s rountined perfectly so they don’t become ill over the change. But yeah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely recommended!!! The product is perfect for my pets and the aroma of the pellets is almost appetising for me as a human, but the bags are so hard to open! I've been getting this product for over two years now and 3 out of 4 bags are sealed incorrectly meaning the tab tears off rather than opening the bag. I've had to resort to keeping one 'good' bag (where the seal opened properly) and pouring the product from the broken bag into the good bag. Maybe the manufacturers could think about tweaking the design somehow so it doesn't become a battle every time I need to open a bag, that would be great. Either that, or myself and all my guinea pig owning friends who also complain of this, are lacking properly opposable thumbs.

I was really worried about changing my piggies food. They was on the mix of seeds and flakes but was leaving lots and picking out the favourite bits. So I was throwing most of it away. When I put this in their bowl, they eat it all. They love it so I’m happy. Will be buying again

I’ve been having trouble getting my piggies normal nuggets due to the Covid-19 lockdown and I had almost ran out, so I ordered this as it was Prime next day. My goodness, my girls absolutely love this! Before, they did not eat much of their old nuggets but they pretty much devour what I give them daily of this. The nugget pieces are a lot smaller than usual, more grain sized. Not a that I mark that as a con, I think that’s one of the reasons they live this so much, it’s easier to eat. I will definitely be ordering again!

Cheaper than buying in store at pet shops, and easy delivery to your door! Guinea pigs love this food, ot stops them from pick feeding bits they like as its in a nugget form, plus they are hard enough that it keeps their teeth down and healthy. Would recommend spending a bit more and getting this food for long living, healthy animals.

This is a really delicious pellet mix. My guinea pigs get excited by its lovely blackcurrant smell and it is quickly devoured. I really noticed the difference in my pigs' coat quality when I transferred to Burgess. It is an excellent quality feed.

I received this product today. Best Before date is August 22, 2023. Only 15 days left the Best Before date.

Confezione da 2 kg, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Prodotto molto appetibile, pepita dalle dimensioni ideali per le caviette che sono molto soddisfatte.

Ho provato 3 tipi di nuggets per porcellini e questo è l’unico che mangiano molto volentieri Solo che l’ho ricevuto con data di scadenza molto vicina Però il prodotto è ottimo

Purtroppo il prodotto è arrivato scaduto da 3 mesi e con pacco abbastanza danneggiato! Andrebbero fatti controlli più accurati per evitare questi inconvenienti! Speriamo che il secondo pacco chiesto con il reso arrivi intatto e con una scadenza accettabile.
