I brought this to use a simple water bottle to keep by my desk, and it works perfectly for that. I keep it upright, and use it to diffuse tea in. Whenever I want some, I lift it up and pour, and its great for that! But as a fridge dispenser, I don't think I trust the tap to not break. It is quite difficult to open, and wobbles when doing it. You also would only use about 4/5ths of the bottle, and the tap is pretty high on the top. It was super easy to assemble and disassemble, it looks fantastic, and is big enough for most of your needs. I think it is very good value!

We only drink mineral water that comes in 5L, its difficult for some to lift and pour so this was the perfect solution. The tap is made from plastic not metal so bare this in mind when buying. It does function and look aesthetic but I would have preferred a metal tap. The issue I have is the water does not flow with the lid Shut (hence why its open in the image) Its obviously to do with physics so the pressure in the Jar does not allow the water to flow but its really bizarre... Nothing I do resolves the issue as seen in the video... Other than that it's a solid Jar and im happy with it... Just wished it worked without popping the lid open.

It's pretty average for the price charged. The plastic tap is flimsy and reeks of low quality. The glass jar is in good condition The tap doesn't fit, and there is leakage. Waste of money. I have reached out to the customer care.

I bought this after seeing one in a bar for customer water. I wanted something to take on holiday to our place there. This does the trick and we now can enjoy lovely cold drinks using this handy and easy to use dispenser You can add fruit to naturally flavour the water, or simply use for dispensing any type of still drink The seal on the top gives drinks a longer life - however this does mean the flow will be a little slower, but if you have lots to fill, simply loosen the lid and the juice/liquid will flow out much quicker. The wide neck makes for easy cleaning. The weight is heavy, but not too heavy, and makes this feel a good solid jar - it doesn't feel like it will break when cleaning etc. Delivered quickly and well packaged - excellent service

I'm honestly a bit disgusted by the quality of this. The jar itself is decent enough, it fits easily on the top shelf of my fridge, and yup - keeps liquids stored and cold... but the tap fitting is plasticy, cheap, wobbly - and I can see it breaking within a couple of months regular use. Also it has a ridiculous design flaw - it doesn't pour without having to faff with a vacuum seal toggle you have to release to get the tap to work - but this is on the front, not the top - so if the jar is filled more than 3/4 full, when you release the vacuum seal, it leaks. Additionally, you can leave the tap "on", because it won't work without releasing the seal toggle - so pretty much renders the tap function useless anyway. I've got a feeling I'll use it for a long as the cheap tap holds out, but after that inevitably fails in a couple of months, it'll go on the recycling.
