This is the second fifth wheel that I have used these brackets to mount the matching level on. It's so much easier to see how level the camper wheels are when I pull into a campsite. It makes setup a breeze.

After reading all of the negative comments about the screws breaking, I decided to drill and tap the holes prior to using the mounting screws. This took a little longer but worked great. Screws and 1/4-20. Drill size is still 7/32.

Just put this on my 5th wheel. Took me longer than I thought because I ran into a little trouble. The instructions say to drill a 7/32" hole and use the included self tapping screws. Well as another review stated, those screws are soft and I broke one off. First of all the metal that the hitch is made of is hard and thick. I had a hard time drilling the holes. When I put the one screw in as soon as it bottomed out it twisted off. I had to drill that screw out and put in a smaller screw and a nut on the inside of the hitch. (which is very hard to get to). Anyway, I like the bracket and the AccuLevel. I also bought a pair of Andersen-3604 Camper Leveler and hope this makes it very easy to level my 32" 5th wheel. No more 2x12s!

Ordered these brackets along with the AccuLevel to install on my MorRyde pin-box. All the necessary hardware is included and just four 7/32 holes need to be drilled into the pin-box. Installation took about 15 minutes. Slotted holes allow for adjustments front to back and side to side for level when the AccuLevel is installed. I consider it a required items for install of the AccuLevel for 5th Wheel trailers.

These brackets worked well with my bubble level. Even though it was a different brand it still fit well. Good sturdy metal brackets....should last a long time. Delivered right on time.

Ordered these metal brackets to mount The level on the Pin box. I drilled and tapped for a 1/4 inch bolt.

This mount is required to mount the acculevel on the pin box for a 5th wheel trailer. The instruction say to pre-drill holes with a 7/32 bit. That is way to small. I had to go up to a bit that was .206". Then the included self tapping screws aren't self tapping. They are also a very soft. I had two twist off before they got screwed all the way in. I'll have to go the hardware store now and get a better quality screw. These may have worked if I had went up to a larger bit. Maybe something about .210" to .220" The OD on the threads are .250" and since they don't really have much stress on them a larger staring hole should be just fine.
