The pan is really very good and easy to clean.

This grill pan is excellent for searing meats and vegetables—the cast iron holds heat evenly and leaves great grill marks. The included glass lid is very handy for simmering and steaming, and the handle cover makes it easier to maneuver while cooking. It comes pre-seasoned but I recommend adding an extra layer of seasoning before first use for best results. It’s heavy, as expected with cast iron, but that’s part of its durability. A great value set with useful accessories included.

Wonderful product. Works as advertised and cleans easily. I clean and dry it when done using it and apply a little oil to it.

Nice, heavy, and larger that expected! Cooked some salmon up perfectly. Lids fits with great knob and is very good at see thru.

I bought this to make our hamburgers in and it did not disappoint! It even gave them that "grilled" look. Easy to clean, but keep in mind it is cast iron and quite heavy for a 70 year old. Love the cover, helps keep the grease spatter to a minimum.

Great value and quality with heavy duty cast iron and ribs. I have been using for over 5 years with excellent results from cooking fish, chicken and steak. The trick is having a thermal thermometer and checking temp and rotating pan when heating up. I sear my fish that is brushed with clear Olive Oil (No extra virgin as it will make food bitter) at about 400-500 for a couple of minutes and then turn and remove from heat and put lid on to finish cooking another 2-3 minutes depending on the thickness of fish. Trail and error will get you perfect results in no time. Forget about those other choices approaching or exceeding $100. Best value for your money ! This product is a five star plus I’ve used a lot of cast-iron pots. This one they prepared it and they got it right so you didn’t have to work with it because a good job it cleans up. There’s no rust. They’ve gone through doing all that for you because cast Diane will rust this one don’t Foxstar.

Bought this , as it looked good quality, also has the silicone handle to stop you burning. Definitely recommend for than happy and a good size .😀

I have an electric coil stove and this grill pan fits on the largest burner perfectly. The pan comes pre-seasoned and ready to use. I purchased the set that included the lid, silicone handle and burger press. It is well worth the price for the quality you receive. This pan has some heft to it but that is what you expect with cast iron. This was my first cast iron purchase and I am very pleased with how easily it heats up and holds heat. I felt that it heated evenly and cooked well. To clean up I just wiped out the pan with a damp cloth, then brushed a thin coating of avacodo oil and wiped off the excess while the pan was still warm. I will be ordering more in the near future. My order arrived on time and was worth the cost for what I received. I am happy and look forward to cooking more in this pan in the near future!

Solid piece of equipment. Nice and heavy (may not be good for those that want something light and easy to clean/store away), has thick griddle lines, and was easy to season. (To season it - I followed the instructions before first use- oiled it up, put it in the oven, Gas mark 4, for 45 minutes, left it in there overnight to cool). This was the only pan I could find on Amazon that was good quality and had a lid. Decent price too. So far so good, lets hope it lasts a while.

Nice pan with well fitting lid. Cleans up nicely. Handle cover works well too.
