Ok, I went to audiologist for free hearing test and was told I was partially deaf in the upper range. I had an old over the ear aid I tried but it didnt do much for me. I recently bought a 4.5 star in ear rechargeable hearing aid and I cann keep them from falling off no matter what size dome I iuse. They are rather heavy and large for my ears. I still keep them for backup. Then I remembered my old over the ear aid and tried it on once more. It did not hurt or fall off. It stayed right in place. I went on Amazon and did more research and stumbled across this one. For the price and also high ratings I ordered it. WOW it may not be invisible but it works.. Yes it has replaceable batteries but it works. If you do not have a severe hearing problem I recommend you try this hearing aid first. If the domes supplied dont feel comfortable there is a large selection on Amazon to choose from.

I had high hopes that this would be a good substitute for a hearing aid (and to be fair, it isn't really advertised as one) but it falls short for anyone expecting it to be of great help in hearing clearly. The device has a constant background "hiss" that isn't easy to ignore and the advertised frequency programs don't really do much to help any particular hearing situation. If you are just looking for something to make sound louder, then you might be OK with this solution, but it won't make it easier to hear conversations in a noisy environment. It also has a tendency to make some noises much louder and more irritating (e.g. the clicking of a keyboard or electronic ringing of of a digital phone, etc.) But conversations or listening to TV isn't improved to any detectable degree. I could have sent it back I guess, but didn't want to hassle with it for the cost.. so now it sits on a shelf in my office.

Affordable and easy to replace when my father loses one. They don’t stay in the ear that well and are very noticeable. But for the price and ease, they’re worth it.

purchased this for an elderly resident with mild hearing loss. at first she struggled to put them in, not because of the quality of the hearing aid, but because she has terrible tremors. aside from that, they fit wonderfully and she is initially happy. it was nice to see her smile, and to see how happy she was to be able to hear much clearer. my only feedback, I wish I had more options battery wise.

For returns what is the Kituwant address? I'm returning the Kirtuwant hearing aid. After a few days the hearing aid stopped working.

My dad has significant hearing loss in both ears but more profound on one side. We have tried at least 7 other options so far, from various price ranges, with the most expensive in the few hundred. ALL of them have been USB chargeable and all of them have failed eventually. So this time we went for one where the batteries were removable and it has been the most reliable of them all so far. The more expensive ones had more options of course and more modulation in different scenarios but this one has been good enough and has worked 100% of the time without any issues, no fuss, no questioning if charged or not and the battery lasts quite a while. All of this while being one of the cheaper, more affordable options.

I found this misleading only came with one earpiece. It does work as stated , but only the one earpiece

Noisy (very obvious constant noise floor), poor audio quality, no obvious noise reduction and unclear what the four modes do actually do (not in manual or on the internet)
