The information on the bottle refers to them as "veggie caps". I didn't see any reference to beef or pork.

How much peppermint do these capsules contain?

It is included in the description of tummy tamer extract blend: Ginger- root extract, Peppermint -leaf extract, Caraway- seed extract, this blend totals 30mg. Hope this helps.. does help with arthritis...
