Can you use the back of this knife as a pummel

I would not recommend it since it is solid rubber over the tang. Same construction as the SRK. Look up some SRK abuse videos and you'll see what the pommel looks like after it has been bashed up. Great knife though. Its smaller in person though. Im 6"1 200lbs and its alot smaller than in alot of the videos. Hope thos helps sir

Is the knife full tang?

This knife is NOT full tang, as others have said, but has a hidden tang (hidden inside the handle). Full tang knives have the entire tang exposed all around the handle. This hidden tang in indeed very substantial. No worries, it is strong.
