Works Wonders!
I had previously bought a cheaper box-style usb adapter/splitter with 4 ports here on Amazon, and it was practically useless! I got my money back and bought this which cost twice as much, but you get what you pay for! I like this style with individual cables for each usb port. It seems to work better. I am SO happy with this because my keyboard is not functioning right on my laptop, so I had to get a wired keyboard(from Amazon), and since the box-style usb adapter/splitter wouldn’t even accommodate my wireless mouse dongle, I had to buy a wired mouse. I prefer using my wireless mouse though and now I can use the usb adapter/splitter for my wired keyboard, and cooling pad for my laptop and keep the wireless mouse dongle and usb adapter/splitter in the only two usb ports on my laptop. YAY! I am SO happy!

Upgraded to four splitter
I ordered the 3 USB splitter from the same company and then needed a four splitter. Item works great!! Very solid built!

Great for power
A nicely made 1 to 4 USB cable assembly. I got it to power some sound-activated lights. I'm guess there are a lot more useful applications out there than mine, but it works well for my application. I do believe this is power only so no data transfers.

Little bulky, but still excellent
This is a pretty great usb hub. I like the added cable length this one has rather then the short cable most hubs have. Also, the ability to spread the ports apart from one another is very useful! One of ny main reason for buying this one. The only downside at all is that the added thickness of the cables is a bit of a hinderance when trying to keep them apart. But makes me feel like they are much more dependable then most usb cables. Its added weight also makes it harder to keep it setting where i need it. But all in all, i dont have any regrets at all about choosing this hub and plan to buy at least 1 or 2 more hopefully soon

The Best So Far
This is the best USB adapter I have found so far and believe me I've tried a lot. It is the only one I will order from now on. Stress free, easy to use and works everytime with every device.

Bought two, one has issues.
I bought these to split power for some small micro processors and to provide power to two active amps for my MLA30+ loops. First one worked great. Second one that I deployed recently triggered usb power port alarms when plugging into one of the four sockets. Too late to return. I'm only drawing 100 ma on the good sockets total. Company reached out to me and sent a replacement. I'm sorry it took so long to put this edit in, I thought I had. Upgraded to 5 stars.

One of the USB-A female outputs does not work. The others are working fine.
