I lost my rechargable batteries can I buy them alone without the charger?

you can only charge one battery at a time, but this isnt a problem for me, I bought them for the stylus for the Microsoft Surface - only one battery needed at a time.

Normal aaaa are 1.5v, these say 1.2v do they have enough power?

This is a common difference between all rechargeable Ni-MH batteries and their alkaline equivalent. In practice, I’ve never had a problem with Ni-Mh batteries in any of the gadgets I’ve used them in, and the same applies with this AAAA battery which works perfectly in my Dell active stylus.

Neat little charger.

Arrived on time. A usual with Amazon. Both batteries about 50% charged. put them in the usb charger one at a time. Not a fast charger but works. Pleased with my choice.

Upside down!

Initially took a while to figure out if it was charging the batteries, as i used a wall charger, which when installed the unit is back to front/upside down. I could see the the indicator light glow on the the wall socket. Hopefully it saves me £££ in the long run.

Does the job, however the charge only lasts a few hours on the batteries provided in a tablet pen, compared to disposable which lasted a whole month.
