I just got these installed on my cabinet yesterday. I think theyโre pretty good. They definitely helped my cabinet door in the bottom drawer. I think the top ones just need to be adjusted, but there as advertised.

Not enough screws.
They only give you eight screws. They should give you an additional eight screws. The tape will not hold anything close to 40 pounds.

I used these to replace the magnets that came on a cabinet. These are great, they are really strong.
