Using while my gym is closed. Can easily do most of my normal workout. Bands are easy to use (connect to handles, add, take off bands during workout). Seems to be of good quality. Been using for a month now with no issues. While the workout chart is a good start, searching additional information on the internet provides more flexibility and fine tuning. Quick shipping. Would recommend. UPDATE: As others have stated one end of the red (20lb) resistance band has pulled out of the piece which holds it in the strap that the hook is attached to. Reached out to customer service and received replacement band in less than a week. Had previously registered my purchase with them for the free lifetime warranty. Went to their website (rynotuff.com), and sent message accordingly.

I have been staying away from my gym dod to Covid-19 concerns. I have weights a bench at home, but the bands allow for a lot more options. I have worked about 6 days a week for 35 years & feel like I get a quality work out at home now due to the many uses of these bands. The chart is SO VERY helpful. Highly Recommend.

Since the gyms are closed at the moment I was looking for something that would provide some resistance exercise without having to buy a bunch of weights. While these would be insufficient for the long haul (the resistance is variable rather than constant like actual weights), they will work for the time being. They seem to be pretty well made, but having just gotten them, I can't speak to their durability. They say there is a lifetime warranty if you join their mailing list (just what I need, more junk mail), but that is untested as yet, and of course lasts only the life of the company at best. It takes a while to figure out which straps to use for each exercise, but once you do the process speeds up. It is tedious to have to keep hooking and unhooking to change straps which is further hindered by the fact that there is no 30LB strap, only a 5,10, 20, 40, and 50. Thus, you have to hook a 10 and 20 at the same time to get the 30. That would be OK unless you want to use two 30's (or 40's) at the same time. There is no way to create two. Also, I keep pinching my finger in the hook because it often catches on the fabric when changing straps. For these to work you need to pull them to a point where there is some resistance before you actually start the exercise. With that said, they're better than nothing. I would recommend them as an interim solution.

I bought these because the gym is closed and I can't leave the house! I originally bought the banded loops without handles but those hurt my wrists so I tried these and have never looked back. I can do just about any exercise I used to do on the cables at my gym--everything from bicep curls, upright rows, shoulder presses, lat pull downs, etc. Tbh I feel like I get a fuller pump because I'm not using as much heavy weight and I can really focus on the form, range of motion, and squeeze. I just really love being able to do exercises without weights in my tiny apartment. I also love the weight denominations here--some of these band sets are either way too high or way too low. I'm in decent shape and I have everything I need here. I also like how you can take off the handles and combine bands to increase weight. I really love these for the price and will def be using them when I travel (hopefully) after this pandemic ends.

Really like the set. Very versatile, can work every body part. Changing resistances is a snap. Very happy with this product so far.

I purchased a Ryno-Tuff Resistance Bands Set two weeks ago and I have to say it's a great product. I've been using it 4 times a week since then and it's really versatile and easy to use. However, after only the second use, the red band (20lbs) broke down. I think it might be a flawed product because until now all other bands are working. Basically, while I was working out with the band, one edge got out of its protection and now it's impossible to put it back in completely. I was able to partially put it back in, but not through the small ball present inside the protection. Hence, I cannot use it. It's such a shame because all the other bands are working perfectly until now. Now, I am wondering if they will break soon or not. I tried to contact the seller but they haven't reached out to me yet.

I purchased this as I travel often for work and often the budget hotels do not have gyms, or sometimes the normal hotels have poor excuses for gyms. This packs up easily in a suitcase and does not take up much room. The most useful part of everything you see here is the Resistance Band Workout poster. I never knew there were this many potential exercises which can be done with them. It's very cleverly designed to fit in door wedges and utilize the rubber band effect to increase/decrease resistance. So if doing chest work, take a step forward to stretch the band further, and increase resistance. Hitting failure on your set, take a small step back and continue. There's definite value here. I watched some YouTube videos to get further ideas. I was pleasantly surprised at how creative people get with these.

I ordered this set once and they were standard quality, with a standard clip hook. Then I ordered a second set: horrible! It took 2 months to arrive (from China) and was a bad quality set with a completely different structure and connectors, and with tiny clips at each end. By tiny, I mean, like jewelry size. Too small to fit in any handles or other clips. Of course 2 months after I ordered was too late to return online through amazon. So I sent messages to the seller who still hasn't responded to my return request. It's a rip-off! Don't order from these people.

The product is exactly what I ordered. I'm just starting to use it but have no issues with it.

I do like using the bands at home but have to stack and double them to get good resistance. The bands do not provide the same weight resistance as a dumbbell would. 50lb band= 25lb dumbbell maybe.

I was initially told that this product would take up to a month to get. At 4 weeks it said it was delivered-WAS NOT. I didn't get it for another 2 1/2 weeks. The bands are made with very cheap latex/rubber or whatever it is. To get any resistance they are stretched very thin. I'm almost afraid to use them because I don't want them to snap on me. Worst of all, it didn't come with the "BONUS EXERCISE DIAGRAM". BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT!
