Unfortunately the pills are very LARGE and I can not swallow them. I have taken Move Free Ultra for several years and I do like them but thought these would have added benefits with the D3. I should've researched better on the size of the pills.

I finished the whole bottle but didn’t notice any improvement. Everyone’s body is different, but unfortunately this didn’t work for me.
