Gem books for sure
Truely an awesome book and when Deepak Chopra endorses the book then the book doesnot need further comments.Just go for it.It has amazing alternative thearapies.

Great book.
This is a bloody big book but worth the money. Fantastic bible! This book is pretty much all you need to keep healthy in todays polluted world.

2nd Edition is Excellent!
I had the first edition of Alternative Medicine and felt it was great. But, too often recommended supplements did not give doses. As newer therapies and research developed, it became a bit behind the times. The second edition is outstanding and I see that supplements usually have recommended amounts. I love the additional therapies. There is so much information it takes time to put it all together but is surely worth that effort. The Internet is a great source of info but you never know who is a crackpot out to make money. The editors of Alternative Medicine have done their homework. They present a wide range of information to choose from but it appears to me that they have left out the crackpots. It is a solid resource of information that I can assimilate along with allopathic recommendations from my M.D. I give it five stars!
