One wrist is painful for planks or any 4 point kneeling exercises. This brace keeps my bones where they need to be and allows my wrist to flex enough so I no longer have to do those exercises on my elbows. It does slip a bit, but stays in place enough for each rep set.

I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just right—firm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need. Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasn’t stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it's more to protect a wrist. This isn’t a rigid brace, so it won’t immobilize the wrist, but that’s exactly what I wanted—support without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that I’m glad I bought.

I work in a warehouse and after a while my wrists started hurting so I bought these for support. Straight out the package I noticed one wrist braces had a small cut near the thumb part but it didn't cause any issues if anything it made it more comfortable on the thumb.So far they do help . Not too tight so I can still move my wrist around. If you sweat a lot you have to leave these out to dry and wash them otherwise they will start to smell bad. Easy to put on and easy to adjust if it feels loose or tight. I have small hands so the thumb part fits me decent but if you have big hands it might be a bit uncomfortable/kinda tight for a while. These started stretching a bit so I might need to buy new ones down the line but overall it is not a bad purchase for the price. Helped with wrist pain and provides adequate support. Not sure if it is heavy compression, but works great to keep the stress away from my palm which was and is sensitive following surgery.

Unfortunately made my thumbs hurt bad. The holes were tight and pulled on the CV joint. They didn’t seem to help my wrists that are double jointed. Material itchy.

Good material quality and provides good support without being too restrictive. Easy to wrap around the hand. I like that this one provides adjustable support and compression to the bones of the palm itself rather than just the wrist. I use these more for comfort during recovery down time rather than active sports or work.

This has helped with my occasional wrist pains, when it decides to act out due to overworking, the pressure helps so much. It’s so good that I gave my other wrist strap to a friend and talked highly of it.

I play a lot of pickleball and I tweak my wrist often working on different shots and have found if I wear one of these it offers needed support. The main thing is it supports backhand flicks. I am a 5.23 DUPR and some of the shots coming at me are missiles, my counters tend to bend that wrist if I am not locked. When I wear this it really aids with wrist pain. the downside they stretch out quickly, about 3 weeks for me with daily use. They come in a two pack so I get 6 weeks of use before I buy another set. Not a bad ROI for me.

The "breathing holes" all along the surface? They do exist, just not as evident or as big as they seem to be in the photos. As such, the product.... is breathable, but not as much as you would hope when in a hot climate or on a hot day But if in air-conditioned offices and such, it's very usable.

I use them to support my wrists during overworking using my hands to repair things or when working out. When your hands are sore and nerves flaring up, it actually works surprisingly well. That bit of extra pressure relieves some strain and helps you go on. Still need to give yourself ample time to rest up after.
