Why is this so expensive? On Walmart.com it’s only $12.96 for the same size and product.

Looks like there is shortage on this. You're right. I bought this here before for about $15. Target and Safeway had it for around $12-14 as well. This vendor is charging way more because of shortage. Even Walmart is charging $56.12 right now. That said, I contacted Tide and they told me it's discontinued as one person said here as well

It is free of dyes and perfumes and contains no harsh cleansers. Good for people with certain allergies and gentle enough to wash baby clothing.
