Still outstanding more than a year later!
After a long awaited kitchen remodel, I treated myself to these new pans in December 2021. It is now April 2023 and I am writing this review about a product that is now very well tried and wonderfully true. They are the best frying pans I have ever owned, and more than a year later, they look and perform like brand new. Perfect surface. Nothing ever sticks, including eggs. These are fantastic. I will also add, these pans are extremely well cared for. They never go in the dishwasher (no big deal since clean up is sooo easy with this surface!). They are never subject to cooking spray. I do use olive oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, and butter when needed, but never an aerosol spray. They are also never used above medium heat, and no metal utensils ever get used with them. Some family members have received mild, slightly veiled threats about consequences if they break the rules for my pans. :-) The positive result is that these pans continue to be fantastic, pristine tools of the trade in my kitchen.

Working Great So Far!
I switched to ceramic pans for health reasons. I don't want to feed my kids PFOAs and I don't trust any sort of Teflon. Fool me once but not twice. These pans, so far, are working GREAT. Super slippery as long as you follow the instructions. I've learned to use a lower heat setting while cooking - a good oil - and clean them without using anything scratchy (and only use silicon utensils). Small price to pay to ensure your kids morning eggs are PFOA free. Great pans.

So far - perfect in all regards
I like GreenPan because it's non-toxic, but it was time to replace the ones I had. They were no longer non-stick, and the white interior was stained and marked. What I love about these: not toxic like Teflon and such, black color inside and outside, food has been sliding off like a charm, light weight, perfect sizes, on sale for a reasonable price. Hopefully they will last and continue to perform similarly for a long time.

I bought these for safety reasons
Got rid of my typical non-stick and went with ceramic for health safety reasons. One funny thing that happened is that I was making crepes and you are supposed to tilt the pan to spread the batter over the bottom of the pan. Well given the non-stick quality of these pans, when I tilted the pan, the entire crepe slid. You can't spread the batter. So save your copper and aluminum pans.

These things are great!
It’s a non stick pan. Who gets excited about a non stick pan? This guy! These pan’s rock! So much better than the traditional Teflon. A shot of avocado oil spray and nothing sticks! And clean up is a breeze because of it. Four stars be cause the only thing to note is the handle does get a little warm near the pan, which can be a problem if you’re trying to fry fancy and flip and omelette or a pancake or something. Otherwise it should be a big deal.

Reduced Quality
I bought this same set back in 2020 and have now needed replacement in 2024. Seems a bit early to me, but that's fine. So I purchased again. Within 3 uses, the larger pan has no non-stick in the bottom of the pan?! The only thing I cook in it are eggs and I warm up deli ham in it. But now, I lose half an egg to it sticking to the bottom. Will be looking elsewhere for pans going forward =/ Very disappointed.

Truly Non-stick and Amazing Retention of Heat
Best non-stick pans for a reasonable price!! I did a lot of research on non-toxic non-stick and found ceramic to be the best way to go without doing cast iron or stainless steel. I have a gas stove so my cooking times are faster than if I used an electric stove. However, when I say that heat is really captured and retained in these pans, I mean it. My cooking times are even faster now and once I heat the pan up, I can cook on low heat instead of medium. My food is so non-stick that it slides around when I try and get food out of the pan. Hand washing these pots and pans is so easy. I am hopeful these will last me longer than the other non-stick pans I’ve had to throw out every 1-3 years.

Disappointing--eggs stick to the pan
These attractive pans work well for some foods, especially if you are not hoping to avoid fats altogether, but eggs are another story altogether. I use the smaller pan primarily for poached eggs, and I am always left with a layer of egg at the bottom of the pan that just does not want to come off, even after soaking. Since poached eggs by definition are cooked in a water bath, I would not have expected the part of the egg that touches bottom at the beginning of cooking to stick, but that has been my experience from the beginning. Frying eggs without fat is not an option. Since I follow all the rules for nonstick cookware--nothing above medium heat, no metal utensils, hand-washing with a soft sponge--I definitely did not expect this. The pans are fine for other dishes with minimal oil or butter, but they are definitely not a good find for egg-lovers. Other nonstick pans I tried do not have this issue.
