My battery fully charged , lights up jacket button for a second then goes off ?

Mine does sometimes but comes on again after awhile.

Thanks for your interest in one of our products. The power bank doesn't include a cover case, mainly because it doesn't really need one. The outer casing is made of robust ABS material, and the internal system has overcharge and overcurrent protection.

I bought this for my husband for his heated jacket,for Christmas.It charged twice no problem, but today does not charge at all. Can you advise,please

contact the seller . i got to be honest for the price i thought this power bank was rubbish takes forever to charge i wouldnt buy iy again,just message them tell them whats happened and if u get a replacement thats brill if u dont,dont buy from them again gl either way

Fast delivery. It is early days but so far so good. It came partly charged and it took a while to get it fully charged. Since then the charging time has been excellent. It is a slim unit that is ideal for the heated back belt that I have. Bought as a spare but is now in regular use interchanging with the original battery supplied with the belt. It performs equally well as the original battery and so far I am very pleased with it.

Arrived quickly and is functional. It does not deliver 2.1A at 5v but that's to be expected. 3 stars for now which will change depending on if it sets my house on fire while charging or my trousers on fire while using.
