Can I use it to make puri for pani puri?

No you cannot make pain puri and this not good product I am returning mine because it make roti hard Thanks

Can I use it to make corn tortillas?

I don't know. I have never tried. I use it to make whole wheat chapati (Indian flatbread). The shape usually comes out reasonably roundish but it is much thicker than if I were to roll by hand. I am still trying to experiment with the water to flour ratio.
