I wanted this product for my iPhones and iPads. The advertising led me to believe the product would work with PC, Mac, iPhones & iPads. Not so! None of the included adapters was a lightning adapter which is what I need for my Apple products.

Purchased item to download pictures on hard drive. Only worked on one PC and have not yet figured out what I'm doing wrong with 2nd PC. I believe it would be more helpful if instructions were more detailed other than what was provided. Same issue with my lap top.

THIS PRODUCT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. IT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. THEIR WEB SUPPORT WAS USELESS. I PLUGGED IT INTO MY LAPTOP NUMBEROUS TIMES AND NOTHING HAPPENED. THE ADAPTER DID NOT FIT MY IPHONE. I RETURNED IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Don’t know to use the photo electronica piece, but well learn. We have like 706 pictures on my phone My email has changed, but my husband hasn’t. Joycebrittain59

First one broke on insertion, Was replaced quickly; no problem there. The second one found THOUSANDS of images, so many it ran out of space. The thing is--NONE of those were my photos/videos. They were all found in and copied from various software files. Microsoft was a huge offender. Thousands of images I had no idea were lurking in my hard drive. I had to erase the stick, then go back and carefully instruct it to search only my files, not the universe. Not much quicker than sending copies to a regular flash drive.

The thumbdrives work very well.

This is second stick that came in and does not work. Plug it in and message comes up that it is a boot leg version and disables the soft ware right away. This is absolute waste of my time and is pure junk. Buyer beware move on to something else.

very pleased with this,, it does what it says, just plugged it in my pc and 5min later had over 800 pictures and videos

Absolutely thrilled with purchase and ease of use, both with PC and Smart Phone, found photos that I had forgotten about and the ones I did not want I simply deleted them. Also put my videos on the stick as well, now all in one place.

I gave these to family for Christmas and they were very excited but informed me later they didn't work. Sadly tried countless times still no success 😪

put it into my computer to gather my photos but it collected every thing that had a picture attached even the bible I had on my computer, I found it totally useless for myself
