Great kit great service now its down to me to make a great model

Excellent kit of an historic racing car
This is an excellent kit and builds into a superb - and fairly large - model of the Alfa Romeo 8C 'Monza' driven by Tazio Nuvolari. I would say that the kit is for someone who has a bit of experience building model kits as there are one or two parts of the build that will test the builder's skills, but overall it is a joy to build - just ensure you have a good quality small flat headed screwdriver as the car is built up using lots of tiny screws.

Interesting but tricky build
Not for inexperienced modellers its tricky to prime, paint and assemble. All parts need cleaning up but fit well. Be prepared to drill holes for clearance and use reference photos for colours. Weeks work or in my case months but eventually it will make a great display model. Maybe half way through but enjoying the challenge

I've been working on this recently and have to say what a fantastic kit. Highly detailed and goes together well. Some of the screws and nuts are fiddly for someone with large hands like me, so be sure to stay well away from the carpet monster 😅 I bought this kit to build a replica of the race car my Great Grandfather used to own and race and its exceeded all expectations. A must for any model collection!
