The best 100% dark chocolate I’ve tried by far, doesn’t have that extremely bitter taste. Best snack to curb sweet cravings or to use in baking recipes.

Exactly what I was looking for to make brownies. The updated packaging does not have the single bowl brownie recipe on it anymore but you can find it online. Best chocolate to buy to make chocolate icing or brownies!! If you use old recipes make sure to go by ounces, not squares. Very hard unsweetened chocolate squares that is best used for melting. Difficult to cut because it is naturally hard so be careful. I swear by this brand!

K, I’ve made old fashioned chocolate pie and chocolate pudding with this bakers chocolate and I don’t get the rich chocolate taste I grew up with… it comes out more like a ritzy hot chocolate flavor. It’s good but not dark enough.

This is my staple chocolate for baking brand. Predictable melting point, easy to snap and break squares, same great chocolate flavor, texture and sugar content time after time! Get me some of those health benefits with chocolate flavanoids!

El producto llegó en mal estado pese a que la fecha de caducidad es correcta. Se hace polvo y tiene un color opaco y claro, aunque el centro es del color que debe de ser, como cuando el chocolate se hace viejo. Quizá es que no se ha almacenado correctamente, pero tuve que tirarlo a la basura.
