Ancient Messianic Festivals: And The Prophecies They Reveal

I have studied the Feasts of God and I love how Ken Johnson intertwines the prophecies of the festivals with the order of prophesied soon coming rapture and other events. You can bet it is a pre-trib rapture! Dr. Johnson does an excellent job of demonstrating this directly from the Bible. If you are a serious student of the prophesies of the Bible, You might also want to read his book "Ancient Messianic Festivals: And The Prophecies They Reveal" and "Ancient Book of Daniel" as well as "Ancient Prophecies Revealed: 500 Prophecies Listed In Order Of When They Were Fulfilled" In my knowing that Daniel's weeks of years are tied into the Shabuah (7 year sabbatical Shemitah year cycles), Ken Johnson brought the weeks of Daniel to life for me. Jesus will remove all those who are His off of the planet at the end of a cycle and the tribulation will start at the beginning of a cycle. I have absolutely no clue which year just the signs Christ said we are to watch for foretold in prophecy. Dr. Johnson also interprets history and Biblical data correctly placing the crucifixion [during a tetrad of blood moons and sackcloth suns over Israel] in 32 [and 33] AD using Daniel's timeline. He had to account for rulers changing the dates and times just as Daniel prophesied would occur. God had the crucifixion take place at exactly the right timing of the sacrifice to the minute on the correct day. Every spring feast fulfilled to perfection. There is no reason to believe the falls feast prophecies won't be the same right down to the exact minute day and year. Since the Book of Daniel has remained sealed, and only recently started to become an open book, I believe we will be seeing and understanding more and more prophecy as we get nearer to their times of fulfillment.Dr. Johnson also reveals the four hundred years of Biblical history that for centuries has been called missing history. It wasn't missing, it was simply written ahead of time and fulfilled to perfection! I look forward to reading his next publication.

I haven't finished it yet, but so far so good. Very good information on each feast, and really good references from the early church fathers. The feast really do give a detailed account of what has happened in the past, and I believe paints a picture of what will happen in the near future. I have read other books on the same topic that were very good, but this book kinda puts it all together from Genesis to Revelation from the old testament saints to the apostles and even on to the early church. I pray you are as blessed by this book as I have been so far.

What a great read. We are going through this book in our Bible Study now. The details behind the festivals are unbelievable. It is so hard to understand how any Jew could keep these traditions and not see how Jesus fulfilled the first 4 festivals on time and perfectly. The Jewish customs behind the festivals is amazing.

I read this in conjunction with Four Blood Moons (John Hagee) to get a better understanding of the significance of the heavenly signs predicted in Four Blood Moons (a MUST read!). It was very informational, but challenging to translate the Jewish calendar presentation to the civil calendar. Not being Jewish myself, it was hard to make the connection. I recommend reading it, but have a web page open to make the connection from the one calendar to the other.

This is the most well written book I have ever read regarding the appointed times and the messianic importance of them. It’s very well written and very easy to understand. I have read many books on the subject and this is by far the absolute best! I will be buying other books by this author

Very Direct and to the point. Excellent information for non-Jewish Christians. I did wish the English month equivalent were added next to the Jewish names throughout the book, as I was constantly going to google to find out when that is on our calendars. Great information and extremely relevant to know!

This is the most thorough book I have found on the Jewish feast days. It includes information on more that the main seven feasts and also gives information on other Jewish customs such as the Jewish wedding. I believe there is prophecy woven into almost every part of the Bible if we know how to look for it. This book is full of examples of prophecy most people would overlook.

After being a believer in Jesus Christ for 64 years, I had heard about the 7 Feasts of Israel and people even came to my church and showed us how to do a Seder Dinner.(Passover for the Jewish people. I saw a book about the feasts and it peaked my interest so I began a study. I cannot believe no pastor has ever preached about these. I guess they thought they were just for the Jewish people to keep. We do not need to keep the feasts but we need to know that the feasts have 2 meanings, one for back in bible times and the other foretells events for later. The Spring Feasts, Passover, First fruits etc. foretell of the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus. Of course Pentecost is the beginning of the Church and then the Fall Feasts foretell the Rapture, the Atonement (Tribulation and Jews looking on Him who was pierced (not recognizing the Messiah) and the Feast of Tabernacles is Millennium. We should all study these and be aware of what they tell us for end times events. It is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

Fast delivery came next day The content is very good as usual with Kens work, always written in very simple language, very accessible! I am disappointed with the quality of the page binding, i turned one of the pages and it fell out, i can get this repaired but its a little annoying. I would recommend the kindle version for that very reason. Overall 5 stars! Learning some great stuff

Loved it.

A book everyone should read. Glory be to God!
