Lasko Oscillating Pedestal Fan - Adjustable to 47" - 2520 - White

Plain ordinary floor fan no remote it just goes side to side I like about Lasco is they’ve been around for a long time. Never had an issue with our product all these new fans to come out with oscillate and go round and round all at the same time, it cost three times as much there’s a waste of money and then you’re stuck with a remote. I prefer Lasko they make good stuff. It’s nothing that you want to take home show the family, but it does move the air.

This fan is very lightweight, but it certainly does the job! It moves a lot of air without being very noisy. Despite it being all plastic, I'm very satisfied with it for my uses.

Easy set up .. no tools required took five minutes ! I hate putting things together. The last fan I I bought was from target and it was not easy to put together. It was by Holmes it was not stable as the bottom and it cost more money than this fan. This fan has a nice base seems very sturdy and took me five minutes to put together didn’t need any tools. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this fan.

I bought this to replace what's essentially the old version of the same model after it finally burnt out after around 20 years of constant use. Overall puts together the same, but man. They don't make 'em like they used to. The fan blade on the new model is noticeably thinner and flexes more, all the plastic parts seem to have a bit less heft than the old design. While I realize that's the case for a lot of things, it is a little sad to see Lasko's quality go down for what has been the quintessential dorm room and cheap apartment fan for decades. Negligible complaint, but I do also wish they still made it in the old "broke college student gray" - time will tell whether the white plastic ages well. The gray tended to hide that sort of aged plastic yellowing that's inevitable with any similar fan. But for now it moves air well, possibly better than the old one, so I have hope that this is part of the purpose of the thinner blades. Has everything I want in a stand fan. Easy assembly. Can be taken apart for repairs or cleaning. Simple operation with an analog switch. Just like the older model it comes entirely apart so you can easily clean it when it inevitably gets dust and pet hair on the blades. Pop off the cover, quick wipe down, pop it back on and it's back to giving a good breeze. I strongly advise if you have pets or children that you put something on the base to weight it a little (we always did with the old one too). Overall it's still a pretty solid fan, similar construction to how they've been doing it for ages. Hopefully this one lasts me another 20 years.

This fan is POWERFUL. It really cools us down. I fully expected it to be cheap and not push a ton of air around given the price, but was proven wrong. Do I think it will still be standing in 10 years? No. But it is decent enough quality that I'm not worried about it currently.

Great fan, we purchased to help offset the cost of air conditioning. It enables us to raise the thermostat on the AC and use the fan for cooling. With the esclating costs of energy it has made a real difference in our electric bill (since we live in Texas we have had over 45 days over 100 degrees this year.

This fan is quieter than expected but also not as powerful as similar more expensive fans. At speed 1, the fan blows air as hard half the force of most other fans. AT speed 2, the fan blows as strongly as most other fans at speed 1. At speed 3, the fan blows as strongly as most other fans at about 2 and a half . You can feel the breeze it makes close up to the fan but if you walk a little away from it, the force of the air flow drops dramatically over distance. So, this fan may be more suited for moving air over short distances. The construction is solid enough for being mostly all plastic though the protective grill feels a bit fragile. the plastic is cheap so has a strong smell and it takes a while to air out the fan. It was pretty easy to put together though is not as tall as as other fans. To to adjust the angle, there is no side knob, you have to move the whole head of the fan so should adjust the angle first before turning on for safety. If you need to adjust the angle, turn the fan off before adjusting it. The Grill is a bit flimsy and it could pop loose if not snapped on properly. All, in all, it's a cheap fan that does as well as one would expect for the price. My main goal was to get a fan of some kind as soon as possible whilst I look for something with m.

It's a wonderful thing. It works at low speed almost silently, at high speed it is noisy of course, but not insanely so. The price to quality ratio is quite logical. I recommend it.

Easy to assemble. Perfect wind flow. Highest level is a bit loud but not so much. Good for the price. I saw a few reviews that it’s filmsy which is not true. It’s firm if you correctly install it. The instruction manual is for no use. One less star for poor instructions
