The drugstores near me charge crazy amounts for caffeine tablets, and most brands are those horrible slippery ROUND tablets, with fake dye coating and no line down the center, so they can't be cut or broken in half for those who don't need a whole tablet at once. This ALLMAX brand is excellent for several reasons! Firstly, the tablet is shaped like a flattened bullet with NO dyed colorful coating and NO waxy slippery junk. The pill shape is easy to swallow. Secondly, the line down the center makes it easy to break in half. You don't even need scissors or a pill-splitter; just break it in half with your fingers and it breaks evenly on the line. Thirdly, there haven't been any broken/damaged pills in any of the bottles I bought. Fourth, the 100 count bottle is a great value and much better quality than the top two brands usually found in most drugstores. Note: It is caffeine and thus, is caffeinated. If you have health issues or are sensitive to stimulants, read and heed all the warning labels, obey the dose recommendations on the label, and blah, blah, blah medbabble for those who need it, it's all on the label spelled out for you. If you're a person who CAN handle caffeine...and you know who you are...use it well, use it wisely, enjoy the boost, and trust that you're getting the real deal, without any unhealthy dyes and without the price hike found in many stores! If the price remains stable, I'll keep buying this product because it's the best brand I've ordered on Amazon so far!

Works great for me because I'm not a coffee drinker so its a great pick me up early in the morning when I'm off to work and no jitters.

On days when I just don't have much energy but need to get stuff done, I take half a tablet (100 mg) and that works perfect for me. Can't beat the price either- I'll be reordering!

I usually use Jet Alert brand caffeine pills but I wanted to try these instead because they have a score in the middle to break into a smaller dose. Overall they’re effective and helped keep me energized and focused. I seen a few reviewers talk about lead content so I looked it up myself and it’s a very minuscule amount. Lead is a naturally occurring element, and trace amounts can be present in various natural ingredients or manufacturing processes.

For about four hours I felt unstoppable. I was speaking so fast even my baby looked confused. Then the crash hit, and I took a nap so hard I woke up thinking it was a different season. Overall, they definitely work. Just maybe don’t take one right before bed unless your goal is to spend the night counting sheep 😆 Would I buy them again? Absolutely… but be aware of crash.

They don’t do that much for me, and I don’t know if every bottle of caffeine pills out there, contain a cancer, warning, but these do. Kind of freaked me out.

I've been using a workout supplements off and on for a few years now. More recently I've been using Lit. It's fast acting and really does help me power through hard workouts. But the only thing that I needed from it was the energy (caffeine) and I didn't want all the extra ingredients anymore. So I thought I'd try this out instead. This little pill is amazing! It says it's as strong as a strong cup of coffee, but I've never had a cup of coffee that strong. I take the whole pill right before a long cardio workout or heavy lifting. It starts working almost immediately for me, even though my body is used to this type of supplement. I would say my mind is clear in about 10 minutes and I am ready to go by 20 minutes, with energy to spare by the end of 60. Caveats: I would only take half the pill if you aren't working out and aren't used to VERY strong coffee. I believe if I were to take this just as a wake up pill, I would be incredibly jittery all day. I don't even drink coffee after my workout anymore, that's how strong it is. This may act as a laxative and make you go (#2). After you take the pill, you will probably have to go either immediately or 10-20 minutes later. And halfway through your workout, you'll probably have to go again. If not, then you'll definitely go right after. At least that's been my experience. If you have a weak stomach, eat something with this. No need to be a hero and power through a fast only to put this in your very empty stomach. I believe I've grown immune to caffeine on an empty stomach because I've been intermittent fasting and taking pre-workout supplements (on and off as you should) for over year. But even I feel a little weird at first. It usually passes very quickly, but if it didn't, I'd be downing this with a glass of milk or something. Drink lots of water. I get very thirsty on this and tend to drink about 1 gallon per day. And trust me, I don't have to force it. I need it. I think it's a cross between the caffeine and sweating a lot more from working so hard. All in all, I highly recommend this to people looking for a good pre-workout supplement for energy. Personally I don't use it to stay alert, so I can't say how well it works just for that, but to give you an idea I don't get tired during the day AT ALL even after a 45-60 intense workout. This is an effective and economical option for a pre-workout supplement and in my experienced works better, longer and faster than the premixed powders I've used.

I had to go on a trip for a few weeks where I didn't always have access to coffee. These caffeine tablets worked fine as replacement. They take away tired/groggy feelings and the craving for your morning coffee, and even stimulate a first trip to the washroom. I didn't have any jittery or strange feelings from taking them, though I only took 1.5 per day. They break in half easily which is a bonus. You don't get the same comfort of sipping a warm coffee, but it gets the caffeine in you and helps start your morning. I will be keeping some in the car as a backup from now on.
