These cameras are brilliant. Good clear picture both day and night. Battery life is good too. Only had to charge one of the cameras once in the2 months they have been up. That particular cameras is extremely busy as it points to the back door which is in constant use. Easy to setup and install.

I have been using my 2 camera 2c kit for a few days now. Currently set to the highest sensitivity and all motions while I play with it and it's not missed anything that I am aware of. There is a couple second delay between the motion and the recording starting but this is not a cause for concern for me. I have the base station plugged into the router in one of the bedrooms at the front of the house while the camera is a few meters away above the front door and it's at full strength connection. The second camera is at the very back of the house through the kitchen and extension. The connection has only dropped 1 bar to the base station. This was a relief after seeing reviews about poor range. Interestingly, when I was testing the location of the front door cam, when I moved it to the other side of the door, it did struggle to get connection but that might have just been me or the mounting guide tutorial as that always seemed to take longer to live view then just live viewing the camera normally. Setup took minutes and mounting was easy. Just use the template provided to mark where you need to drill and usedm the wall plugs and screws provided. Issues: on a foggy night it picks up a lot of mist particles rendering it pretty useless as the light from both IR and spotlight pick up on them. I like using the spotlight at night which comes on once movement has been detected (recent update apparently). I have noticed the light comes on for a second, back off and then back on before staying on. A message on a Facebook group confirmed that someone else is having the same issue. I did live chat through the app to Eufy but they could not assist and asked that I email them which I will do. Still, it's nice to be able to chat to them direct but it does appear to be USA based so the hours this is available might be an issue in the UK. Picture quality is good but it can take a couple seconds for the camera to focus itself. I can hear people in the recordings very clearly. There is a couple seconds delay from what is happening to what you are seeing which can make 2 way talk difficult. Especially as you cannot hear what they are saying once you push the button to talk. I have noticed that if you are recording a live view, it will stop recording while you are speaking. Night time picture quality using the spot light is ok. It can be blurry especially small faster moving objects like foxes which I have discovered like to play on my front and back garden several times throughout the night setting my camera off about 20 times causing me to mute it as it annoys the wife as my phone is going off so much lol. Battery life seems good. I am using it to the max as the moment with everything turned up (approx 200 notifocations) and battery bars have not gone down. Then again it has only been a few days. Is the camera perfect? No. But it's new to market and Eufy seem pretty responsive. I got this in the sale for £200 after doing quite a bit of research into the different cameras. Although you can get better cameras they are normally twice the price so value for money wise I am very happy at the moment. Hope this helps!

Great camera system and really easy to set up and customise. Bought this kit while it was on offer as I've been looking for two cameras to cover my rear garden / summer house and front drive. I wanted a system that could record and save video, but without having to pay a monthly subscription and stumbled on these. So simple to set up and connect and the app is really good. There are a lot of custom settings which did everything I wanted, and the video quality it brilliant. I can easily recognise faces and read car number plates without any issue. Can't comment on battery life just yet as havnt had them long enough to see what thays like but I'm not worried. The cameras are easy to take down and charge so can't see that being an issue. I'm going to replace my ring doorbell with one that links into this system so I can have the recording features without having to pay for a subscription. The hub can store 15 gig of data internally, but it has a USB port on the back which let's you connect USB storage. I had a spare 64 gig stick I added and that will be more than enough storage for my needs. Love the feature where you can specify an area that the camera picks up motion. When I first put the camera on I got alerts when ever a person walked past my drive on the path, but i edited the detection area (which does not restrict the view) and now the camera ignores people unless they stray onto my drive which is exactly what I wanted. Great system.

Purchased the other week and so far I am happy with the experience. Only thing is there’s about 3 seconds delay and despite me selecting ‘humans only’ for detection, it picks up my dogs. The installation is simple, it is WiFi connected so no drilling through the house and the picture is clear. When speaking into the app, it comes across a little distorted through the camera, with delays. I’m not too fussed as the purpose is not to speak through it, but to act as CCTV. The app is simple to navigate, but again, slight delays. You can share across devices, you can even download videos. I have noticed one bar on the battery life has gone down already on one camera, but we are heavily using the garden with the lovely weather, so I keep turning this off whilst at home. I saw another poster mention this too but the battery life stayed like that for another few months without reducing still, so hoping it’s the same. - UPDATE 15/7/25 - having to charge as it was running low - notifications prompted. Overall, decent setup and I would recommend it.

Day 1. Received these cameras to go with my Apple HomeKit secure video, I would imagine it works equally well in its native app if not better. Found them really easy to set up, connect to HomeKit and then fix in place. Obviously haven’t tested the battery life yet but so far this is a great system that covers the area I need for a great price.

Hace unos meses que adquirí 2 camaras con el homebase y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta. La imagen me parece suficientemente buena, tanto de dia com de noche. Se activa la luz de la camara si está oscuro, este punto a mi me gusta cuando llego o me voy a oscuras. Integradas con alexa, por lo que si tienes un echo show puedes pedirle que te muestre la imagen por voz Se puede activar que los echo (todos, aunque no tengan camara) avisen por voz cuando se detecta movimiento. La app funciona muy bien, es agil, intuitiva y puedes recibir avisos en el movil cuando se detecta el movimiento. Puedes ver la camara en directo también e incluso activar la luz si es de noche. Se pueden configurar escenas, por ejemplo, si la exterior detecta movimiento que se active la grabación de la camara de dentro durante un tiempo determinado. La configuración e instalación de las camaras es muy sencilla. Esteticamente a mi me gustan, me parecen discretas y no desentonan. Otro aspecto positivo es que no es necesario pagar el cloud y se graba en el homebase. En una terraza tengo una Ring y el dia que se estropee la reemplazare por una de estas. Le système est arrivé emballé dans un carton de très bonne facture. La notice d’installation est très clair et simple. Les matériels semble d’une grande qualité. Le système réagit très bien aux intrusion et aux detections.Les images enregistrées en 2K Sont vraiment très clair et de haute definition. La Possibilité d’entendre ce qui se passe dans la pièce et de pouvoir également parlé est un plus indéniable. L’application se met automatiquement un jour e-mail matériel à jour automatiquement c’est un gros plus. Je recommande vivement ce produit.
