What are the dimensions of the outside pocket and Large inside pocket? My tablet is 10 x 6 and hope to get it into one of these pockets.

I originally answered via my sister, whom I bought the bag for. I just purchased it myself and the dimensions are roughly 11 x 9 inches. It fits my fire tablet easily which measures 4.5 x 7.5 inches. Hope this helps.

Just received my bag. How do I convert to backpack?

The last picture for this item before the video shows how to use the the extra crossbody longer strap to convert to a backpack. You connect the long strap to a loop on the bottom and then loop the strap through the loop at the top. Then fasten the other end of the strap to the other bottom loop. Again reference the last picture on this add, before the video. This is how it should look when your done.
