I purchased these 5 ah batteries, the runtime is good being a leader in the industry there is no looking back, these batteries have a life of 15 years, i have 3 ah once since last 11 years going strong, if it survives mumbais salty weather it will survive anywhere in india

Defective Makita Battery

No dust cover
Recieved and used only once, upto expectations but received minus the dust cover

Received dead batteries
I orderd Makita chain saw with these two batteries and a charger with the hope of getting a complete good chain saw, but this seller cheated me, sent both dead batteries, I kept it for charging 24 hour, but not charged even a little. Due to these bad batteries I could not check chain saw. And I returned all 3 items, luckily received refund. I am a fan Makita while working in US company in Africa... But now I say "no more Makita*
