Damaged and disappointed
Wonderful gift idea and quick fast delivery, arrived and upon checking, the matte coating has started to bubble and peeled. It’s not fit for purpose and a waste of time so close to Christmas. Disappointed to say the least. I will be returning it for a refund.

Awful product. Doesn't keep the heat and leaks!
I used this cup for its supposed intended purpose of keeping coffee hot for my car journey. It was in the locked and sealed position for approximately an hour and the coffee was tepid when i went to drink it. Compared to alternative cups where the coffee is kept hot for hours. The silver top ring also fell off after its 2nd washing. Waste of money!
