Let me first say, I LOVE this watch!!! I bought it for my 5 year old son and he loves it too! He was so excited and couldn't believe he had a "Smartwatch", his words, not mine!! I bought it because he just started Kindergarten, was waiting too long to go to the bathroom and then partially wetting on his way to the bathroom. I wanted to find some way to help him remember to go to the bathroom without embarrassing him at school, hence THIS watch. I love that I can set the watch to vibrate mode and only he knows when his timer was going off. It looks like a big kid watch, so all his friends think its really cool. They don't even know it's a potty watch. It's nice that it automatically restarts the timer over and over until you turn the timer off through program mode. That means that I can set it and forget it and also that his teacher doesn't have to fuss with it. he doesn't even have to take it off to wash his hands because it's water resistant, so the only reason to take it off would be to sleep or charge. We get about 3.5 days, sometimes more, on one charge.While he hasn't completely stopped having accidents, he has gone from 3-4 a day down to 1 a day, and sometimes none. So, I feel that he is on his way back to having no accidents. Now, with that being said, there are a few things you should know.1. While the face of the watch is nice and thin, it is a bit wider than I expected it be, even on a 5 year old. I would say that it's larger than a women's watch face, but not quite as big as a men's.2. Within the first day of wearing it, the face started popping out of the silicon band. I contacted the seller, who immediately responded. He suggested super gluing it to hold it in place and if that didn't work, or if I just didn't want to, he offered to expedite a new one to me right away. Well the glue worked great and a new one wasn't necessary.3. While many say that it's complicated, if you read the directions carefully, you'll find that it's quite easy. The screen is a touch screen and it has a tap and hold programming system. You tap the screen and with each tap you get to a new screen (Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). If the timer is turned on then it's (Timer, Time, Battery Strength, Timer Set, and Sound). Once you reach the screen you want to program, you simply hold your finger on the screen for a second until it changes to program mode. Then you tap it to go through the setting options. Once you see the option you want, you simply hold your finger on it again to select it and switch back out of program mode. Then wait for the screen to go off and do it again, if you want to change another setting.4. While I love vibrate mode, your little one has to be committed to listening to it on their own because chances are you won't hear it. For littler ones, I would recommend using the song mode, so that you will also hear it and can prompt them to go.5. Because it does have a touch screen, there has been occasion where the timer has accidentally gotten turned off. This has happened twice in 2 weeks.6. After the first few days of wearing, my son started complaining that he didn't want to wear it because it was uncomfortable. I tried not putting it on so snuggly, and he's been fine with it since.I just wanted to make you aware of some of the things I didn't know before I bought this watch, but none of these are reason enough for me to not recommend it. I still think it's a great and would buy it again! The benefits far outweigh the cons. Good Luck!!**UPDATE** Within several weeks, our potty watch quit working. It worked fine when I plugged it in one night and didn't work when I unplugged it the next morning. The screen just wouldn't come on at all. I contacted the seller immediately. He told me that I should not leave it plugged in overnight. It only takes 30-60 minutes to fully charge. (From completely dead, mine takes about 60 minutes on a regular charger and 25 on a fast charger). He immediately sent me a replacement watch free of charge and included a nice handwritten note giving me his personal cell number, just in case I needed anything else...stating "I will take care of you!". I have done as he said with the new watch and have had no problems. I only plug it in every 3 days or so, and I set a timer so that I remember to take it off the charger. I would highly recommend this seller. His customer service it wonderful and the product is great too!!!

I bought this watch about 5 years ago for one of my sons. He really liked it and it worked well to help potty train him. Fast forward to now. I just got it out again for my next kiddo to use. We probably only charged it a couple of times in those years that it wasn't used. It still works perfectly! I had to relearn how to use it, but after a quick review it was easy to get set up. My son loves it and comes running to use the potty when his music starts playing.

I chose this potty watch because I love that it's discreet - it doesn't look like a potty watch, it looks like a cool watch that any kid would be proud to wear. Dealing with an older child who is not yet potty trained, not having the product be so in your face was essential. For the same reason, I greatly appreciate the option for the alarm to be vibrate-only so that my child can use it discreetly at school. My child absolutely loves wearing the watch, and it seems to have more authority than I do with regards to convincing him it's time to use the toilet. Setting up the watch is relatively easy.I knocked off 1 star because of the fact that all functions are controlled by a single button, including the function to merely view the time or how much time is left on the potty timer. The first time I gave my child the watch, he unintentionally completely changed the time within minutes of getting his hands on it. It would be great if the button to change the settings could be separate from the button for the child to use the most basic functions of the watch, something a bit more tucked away.I do want to give a big shout-out to the seller's customer service. The first watch we received stopped having the alarm go off properly within the first day of use. I contacted the company on whatsapp and, after asking a few questions to ensure the settings weren't the issue, they quickly let me know that they would be sending a replacement free of charge. We have not had any issues with the replacement.

I bought this for a child with a medical need to make frequent potty breaks. It was simple to use and we were happy. We couldn't space the alarm more than every 2 hours and that was the main drawback. Also, it was necessary to turn it off every night and turn it back on in the morning. There are advantages to this simple system, over the other type of potty watch in which you program in a set time to use the bathroom. First is that it is simple and second it allows for a more flexible schedule. When times are preset, the child often gets"off schedule", maybe from waking up earlier or later than normal or for making an extra bathroom trip. With this watch, it is a simple matter of turning it off and back on and it is automatically set to go off again in two more hours (or 60 or 90 minutes). So all was well until it stopped working less than three months after purchase. I liked it enough to have considered just buying another one, but in the end opted to replace it with a higher quality watch.

The good - it looks pretty nice, the display is clear, it's easy enough to charge, and kiddo can figure out how to silence the alarm. From there it goes down hill like a bowling ball on a ski-jump.This thing is about as easy to program as a 1980's VCR without the manual. It's a series of long and short presses, but the button or programming is not quite sensitive enough to accurately detect the difference, so it may take 4 short pokes or 5 to get to the setting you want, and the delay between accepting that setting and moving to the next is short enough to make you repeat it until you luck into it. This gets even more annoying because you have to reprogram it twice daily.It is huge. It comfortably fits the adult wrists in the house, but almost falls off our nearly exactly statistically average sized 4 year old at the smallest setting. It's too big on the kiddo for the vibration setting to be useful, they just doesn't notice it. I can't imagine it fitting most 3 year olds.Once you finally have it programmed, it will go off in that sequence forever, or until the battery dies and you have to reprogram it. Plan on leaving it in the basement over night or giving your child sleep deprivation, because it's going to go off unless you re-program it to off. You can program it to silent in the evening, but then you need to re-program it at the same time the next morning if you want it to go off at the same times each day. God help you if the kiddo wants to wear it when it's not programmed yet.Thankfully, It fell apart on the first day at pre-school. The watch body fell out inside a mitten, where it had been well protected from bumps, but it's way too easy for a kid to knock loose. This garbage watch may have permanently soured kiddo on potty watches.Zero response from the manufacturer on email inquiry about problems.

Our 5 year old was frequently wetting his pants at Kindergarten because he “forgot” to go potty or was “too busy”. We were all frustrated and I was worried about other kids teasing him. On a whim, I bought this watch and WOW! it completely solved our issue.I picked this one over some others because of these features:- vibration only option (I wanted the alerts to be subtle enough that other kids at school wouldn’t necessarily notice)- not too babyish in appearance- flexibility on reminder time, so that we can gradually increase time between reminders in order to wean him off- actually functions as a watchI was surprised and impressed that the watch actually looked like a smart watch. I was surprised that it needs to be charged. Not a big deal, that just hadn’t occurred to me. It displays the time, etc. when you touch it. You continue to tap to see additional screens. One of the screens gives the charge level (scale of 1-100, 100 being fully charged) and a charge lasts us a little more than 2 days. We started off with a reminder every 60min. The watch will tell you how long until the alarm will go off, which is helpful. The vibration is strong/long enough that it can’t be missed and the screen displays “GoGo” when it’s time to use the potty. The vibration reminds me of a phone ringing when on vibrate - others in the immediate vicinity would certainly notice it but it isn’t disruptive.Starting day 1, we’ve had no more accidents. In fact, the watch went off on Day 2 in an area that did not have a bathroom and our son remembered to go to the bathroom as soon as he was near one. Our son is feeling SO much more confident about himself now that he isn’t peeing his pants. I am so so glad we found and purchased this product!! Plus, our son feels really cool wearing the watch and several of his friends are impressed by it, which is a bonus for a kid that needed a self confidence boost. I would guess that we will only need to use if for a few weeks but it’s actually ok if we need it longer.I only have 2 complaints, both minor:1) The watch is for kids so I don’t understand why the band is so long. That said, I do like the two pieces that help keep the extra length from sticking out. The band length hasn’t actually been a problem.2) I wish the blue was more of a navy color. After one week, it was looking pretty dirty. We cleaned it off but I’d prefer something that hides dirt better.I highly recommend this product!

We've had this watch for a while and we love it. My daughter needs frequent encouragement to potty and this style works great. The watch's alarm can be set by 30 minute intervals up to 2hrs. You can either set the alarm to vibrate or vibrate with sounds. The alarms are continuous, meaning one you set the timer, you'll need to turn it off to quit continuously going off at the set interval.The watch is quite cumbersome to setup initially. After you spend about 10 minutes cursing at it, it will makes sense. Part of the difficulties is due to the watch having only 1 real touch feature, needing long presses to do everything. It's not a bad concept and it's easy to manage once you understand it.The only complaint I have is between the band and watch unit itself. It barley is attached, meaning, if you have a child who will fidget with the band, the unit is going to fall out or get turned. It's easy to fix, but there's nothing really substantial holding the watch unit in and to the band. I've tried to hot glue it, then super glue it, but neither has really held. The band and unit have held up well, all considering.In the end, I would buy this again, and likely will when our daughter eventually breaks this one down.

OK, so... I've only had this for a couple of days, but I can tell you it's not that it's necessarily that difficult to read and comprehend what the instructions are telling you to do, and you can see what it's *supposed* to do. It's that the instructions are difficult to recall and to physically execute, especially in the clutch (i.e. when you're dealing with a hyperactive toddler who wants really badly to wear the "watch" on their wrist but can in no way operate it themselves). For that, I think you would need a simple set of 2 or 3 physical buttons you can just quickly push and move on.This is 100% touch screen operated, no physical buttons, and the screen itself is only about 1.25" across. The instructions say, for example, something like "To set timer: Tap screen three times until Cd then hold down to set time."Number one, I couldn't find what "Cd" means anywhere, but it refers to it in every step and I assume it means the display lighting up.Number two, the touch screen was not overly sensitive, and didn't always respond appropriately to 3 taps, so then you wonder how many taps of the 3 it actually registered, should I just hit it one more time? No, didn't respond to that, 2 more times? Start over and tap 3 more times? No, that didn't work... Hmm, maybe I'll just give it a minute and let the screen clear, then try again?Number three, even when it did light up for 3 taps, and then you hold down your finger, the time never seemed to want to change from 10:00. I could never tell if I was supposed to be just holding, or if I was supposed to swish up? Or maybe it just took too long. Meanwhile, I've got my two year-old screaming, grabbing at me, and trying to yank the watch out of my hands because she wants to put it on and look at the pretty watch on her wrist. So I'm trying over and over to tap the right number of times and hold down my finger for the correct length of time, not knowing what this dang screen is picking up and what it isn't, why it seems to respond sometimes and not others, and why isn't this friggin' time changing from 10:00???And that's just to set the timer, there are other different combinations of taps and finger-holding to set the time, to turn off the timer, to set it to music or vibration. Other steps involve more or fewer taps combined with different combinations of other movements, and are you going to be able to remember what combination of taps and movements each operation requires when you need to? (Even if it was consistently sensitive enough to respond to them.) As a parent of a two year-old who is potty training, I've got a lot on my mind right now anyway. It's as if the makers wanted to provide more functions and operations than the tiny touch screen could practically support.Meanwhile, the responses got weaker and weaker until by day two, it wasn't responding at all, display is completely dark and unresponsive, and we are charging it now to see if it gets more responsive with a full charge. Maybe the battery was almost dead when we got it? I will try to update on whether or not it charges, whether that helps it operate more efficiently, and how long it holds a charge.If it doesn't start working better, respond the way it's supposed to according to the instructions (which are already a little ridiculous), and retain a charge, we are going to return.Update: It charged up and responded a little better for a day or two, but instructions were still difficult to execute. Then it seemed to get less sensitive again by day two. I think I'm just going to return.

Awesome watch, works really well and wakes up my little one right on que. would be easier to turn the alarm off though. I can’t work that part out.

My daughter absolutely loves this watch...it looks very cute on and definitely has been decreasing her accidents. The instructions are straightforward and very easy to follow. The watch stoped working after 1 week of use

I bought the watch for my son in August and realized we were unable to set the time. I requested a refund within the 30 day period, which was accepted; however I still haven't received a refund after returning the item in September and they've stopped responding. I'm so disappointed
