BE CAREFUL! I have used this back pain product for several years with good results. I recently purchased this item on the basis that the pictures of the product and the formula description in the pictures of the product represented on the website contained the old formula of Backaid which included the diuretic pamabrom and not the new product formula which now includes caffeine versus pamabrom. However the product which was eventually delivered is the new caffeine formula and not the old formula represented in the pictures on the website. From my point of view of there is a huge difference between the former very effective formula which contains pamabram and the new product formula which contains caffeine, both as to long lasting pain effectiveness and the resulting caffeine buzz you get with the new formula. There is a clear misrepresentation of the product on line so be very careful before you order the product.
