I've been using this in smoothies. It mixes up nice and doesn't add too much of a flavor. It definitely helps with bloating.

Excellent, I mix a scoop in 16 oz of cold water. I put in my thermos along with my Probiotics and Electrolytes. I use a wisk for a few seconds. It mixes very well. I tasted it first with just water. The powder was very fine, mixed quickly, I was very surprised there really wasn't a taste but I did use more water than most us. I find it easy to take with everything in my thermos lol

After reading many article on benefits of dandelion tea I decided to try it. Mild with No after taste.

I like microingredients products, and am generally more than satisfied with them. I have discovered that the bitterness of dandelion root depends on how it is processed., so this can very well be real. I should have paid more attention to the reviews stating a blandish sweetish flavor. I was looking for a bitter. In my opinion active herbal components have associated fragrance and flavors. Remove those , what’s left? Possibly something……I understand the company’s motivation as many reviewers complain about the flavor of medicinal herbs. Hey people, there’s always tinctures and capsules. I’m looking to improve my migrating motor complex…… bitters are a factor in that quest. Capsules help, but the body is designed to respond to the flavors perceived in the mouth. So optimally, (or as a last resort when all else has failed) the mouth has to be included in the experience.

I make a cup of this every night with a little bit of honey, very soothing and good for you

Bought this because I was told I had fatty liver and heard of its benefits to help with the healing and cleaning the liver . I put it in my coffee every morning. It’s a bit too strong if I use the scooper that it comes with . I use half the amount and sometimes just a a few pinches in my coffee every morning. Better to use some than none. Doing this and doing a keto diet over three months has helped my liver tremendously .( carbs and sugar worst thing for liver) Lost 30 lbs and my liver is already showing improvement. Not sure what’s doing more good the diet or the product but will keep using it. Powder is super fine which mixes well . Resealable package .

This is organic dandelion root powder,, nothing else! I use it twice daily to improve my health as a 64 year old man. I'm not allowed to say what it does in your body,, but it's helped my journey of "getting healthy"! Yes, you can make it yourself cheaper,, but this product is a good value for what you get!
