Don't even know. Probably China since it broke before I got the first can open. Sent it back.

What is the groove on the back for?

It is a knife sharpener. The bottom-most opening is to hold the cord.

I bought one but it has started pushing cans down and not finish cutting them. Has anyone else had this problem?
