Google Pixel 3A XL Just Black 64GB (Renewed)

As others have already said, the phone arrives loose in a generic box but the phone is bubble wrapped inside. The USB charger is only 10W and could be better (perhaps my only criticism). But the phone looks like new and works perfectly. Time will tell how long the battery lasts but so far, everything is as expected. Somebody else mentioned they received a US model instead of UK, but I received a UK G020B model. It's possible to find a new one for not much more money, but for what I paid and what I received, I'm really rather pleased with it.

UPDATE: on the second attempt the seller managed to send out the right model and right colour and things turned for the better. The received phone is in mint condition, the bootloader was not open and an official rom was installed. The ibcluded charger however is still the seller's own branded 10W charger which is not as good as the genuine google one but at least this time the charger was not filthy...4 stars as the phone is a brilliant value for money at this price but the experience was tainted quite a bit. The Google Pixel 3a XL is an amazing phone let me start with that. We have 2 in the family and I wanted to buy another one for a family member. So I ordered a BLACK pixel 3a XL and received a WHITE pixel 3a non xl. Didn't get the colour or the model right...I mean how hard is it? Upon turning it on a red warning message welcomes the user saying the integrity of the operating system cannot be guaranteed do not store sensitive information on this device. This is due to the boot loader being open and a custom rom being installed...another thing I will have to fix once I get the correct model and colour. Not sure why the end user should deal with this. The charger in the box was filthy and was a usb a to c as apposed to the usb c to c that should come with it. The charger was also rated for 10W instead of 18W and was not PD compliant....dodgy dodgy dodgy.

It arrived looking fine and it switched on. As you can see in the first picture, the screen is fine. However, the screen was flickering and upon further inspection, when the angle of light is just right, you can see hairline cracks UNDER the glass, as you can see in the second picture. The external glass itself is intact and smooth as is evident in the first picture. The screen then went black and I didn't even get a chance to set up the phone. My guess is they replaced the screen on this refurbished item and it cracked during installation. I sent the phone back and they said it's a screen issue so they can't refund and they sent me the broken phone back with the offer of selling me a £65 replacement screen. Obviously I've put a claim in with Amazon. Beware this seller.

It's a fast, easy to use phone. Large screen. Lots of nice touches. Teenage daughter very happy with it! Bought 'renewed' on Amazon. Phone was prestine! Great price with fast delivery a day early.

Pixel 3a xl Ordered this for my son to use as a "tester" for first branded phone. I'm aware it's a refurb so wasn't expecting it to be like brand new but the ports, speakers and edges are still full of debris shall we say.

Nothing to dislike about this phone. It arrived looking like new, and in a good quality box with a USB 3c charging cable and a charger plug. If you need a quick charge before you go out, an hour will see it up to about 50%. I bought it to use with Graphene OS as I have De-Googled my life completely. Because I use Graphene OS and NOT Android, the battery lasts a week with light use and 5 or 6 days with medium use. If you want a life free of Facebook, Google, Microsoft and big tech generally tracking every move you make this is the way to go. the Pixel is a rock solid phone, it just works well, all the time, every day. It is, in a word, brilliant!

I've had a 3a XL from the Google store for myself for almost two years and bought this for my parents. This is a comparison of the refurbished phone from Gadget-Store to my phone from the official Google store. The refurbished phone is in perfect condition and looks unused. It was packaged loose in a box and came with a 10W charger which isn't enough for fast charge. The official Google charger is 18W. It is Verizon model G020A whereas the UK model is G020B. It's unlocked but I've noticed two differences: - The setup process only has an "English (US)" option but you can change the system to "English (UK)" afterwards. - Model G020A has no eSIM support. Not a problem for me.

Very disappointed, needs this phone asap and when I got it in hand it didn’t able to turn on, well at first I thought it just need to charge it up and it should be good, but I changed it like 5 hours and still can’t turn on. Well I needed that phone in rush so I don’t have time to return it, so I took it to a repair shop. It ended up that the battery that comes with the phone is dead and will not work anymore, long story short, I spent additional $45 to replace a new battery. If I wasn’t in rush I will definitely return it.

One of the two phones I ordered came with a bad battery and could not be used. The replacement that was sent also had a bad battery. I don't have an option to replace the faulty product anymore. My only option is a refund. I still don't have a working phone and my time has been wasted. Very disappointed.

Came in with software glitch. Could not boot up. RETURNING!
