Nutricide: The Nutritional Destruction of the Black Race

This book is a gem. Dr. Africa gives a thorough break down of the mental psychosis displayed in Western society which is currently being displayed (and throughout history) in their treatment of African people, Mother Nature, animals, food, medical science, practically anything that exists outside of themselves. The books offers an explanation as to why western culture is destructive by nature, but most importantly it offers ways Africans can return to a holistic diet in order to return to our spiritually centered selves as well as combat the onslaught of filth and disease that our society throws our way.

Very interesting book.

Although the author expresses his anger about how African-Americans are being killed by their poor and unnatural diets, there's enoug good information in his bookm to help you navigate past his anger. Initially, the narrative just sounds like the rantings of an angry man, but as you read further, you see that he has made some accuate and excellent points. More importantly, this book is not just critical of a system the author considers terrible, but he offers viable solutions to remedy the conditions he describes.

Great book full of important information, i wish the order of the book was different but nonetheless I’m happy with this purchase I’m learning I’ve had a really bad relationship with food ready to do better know that i know better.

Enlightened reading experience thus far. Had to get use to the style of writing with the use of “Caucasian” so frequently. But it’s filled with great knowledge, years of research and love for our black culture.

I love Dr. Afrika and all of his wisdom he provides in this books, his others books and many of his lectures. If you're looking to open up your understanding and increase your wisdom on Black nutritional health, this is a book you will not regret. Just get it!

Very good book with great information. I can understand his position but i feel a lot of good information is lost in weeding through the same repeated phrases. I would have given 5 stars if Dr. Afrika would have given more attention to telling me how to use the information he was giving, as oppose to just giving the information then telling me how I'm trapped in the nutricidal system. Or at least to systematically shown how to use what he was saying as well as he articulated the problems of Nutricide.

An incredible book about nutrition that needs to be taught throughout the inner cities.

Arrisquei essa compra internacional, visto que, dado a extrema relevância do livro, não poderia perder a oportunidade de lê-lo. O livro chegou em boas condições, dentro do prazo previsto e sem taxas extras. Entretanto, tem uma capa um tanto mole e maleável, não tem orelha e as páginas são um pouco transparentes, mas nada que prejudique a leitura. Pelo valor, esperava uma impressão de maior qualidade, mas entendo que o preço também diz respeito à uma compra internacional. No mais, acredito que o conteúdo compense quaisquer observações negativas sobre a impressão.

This book is a manifest of racism and hate. I expected a serious work about a problem that does actually exist, a critical discussion about the issue, but NOT statements like "the white capitalistig pig", the whites are cruel, violent and greedy " and so on.... This would probably not even be published in Europe with it's clear racist content. Unfortunately, this book cannot be taken seriously. Racism is nothing we should support, no matter where it comes from.

Overpriced for a paperback but definitely worth a read. I have since bought further copies as gifts. The author is gobsmackingly blunt and gives much food for thought. Some statements are downright ludicrous eg the section on nursery rhymes and other statements will give you many belly laughs!

so far i have read this book and it is very good for information and a way of living

History of poisoned food and vegetables, as well as history of the caucasoid race. Surprisingly the most disgusting book in some parts i read.
