I have been using a Softalk Phone Shoulder rest for office landline phones for years. I don't know how anyone can do without this essential piece of equipment! This is super easy to apply to the phone handset. You have to make sure the top of the handset is clean and dry, then you pull off the cover on the adhesive strip to the underside of the Shoulder rest and simply press on to the handset. It immediately adheres perfectly, and does not come off unless you want to remove it for some reason: This is a sturdy attachment. I like to put it a little bit to the top of the handset for perfect placement. Now you're ready for hands-free phone conversations. For a very small investment, you are going to save yourself a lot of neck and shoulder strain - a great value in my book! Once I order one for my phone, whomever I'm working with will immediately order one for themselves when they see what a difference this makes to my ease and comfort of being on the phone all day.

Best purchase! This has made my job soooo much better. I had a lot of issues with my neck resting the phone on my shoulder while I typed and this attachment gives me so much more comfort and my neck feels ten times better!!! Highly recommend for anyone working with a phone and at the keyboard all day

I have worked in offices for over 42 years. I recently "came out of retirement" and started working at a business for tax season this year. None of their phones had a shoulder rest, so I purchased this one for my own use there, and now everyone wants one!! Nice product and great price!!

Super comfortable! Great adhesive! Packaging was a little beat up and looks used, but otherwise is a great product.

Okay lets go back to the 80"s/90"s I am so thankful that they still make these!! I work at a call center for and ophthalmologist office and my headset dies in less than an hour so I just don't use it anymore, it takes longer to charge than I get to use it. So I remembered these form times long ago lol. Well my wish from past was amazing I placed my order and was worried about some of the reviews, some people had issues with them not sticking. I just ordered anyway. When it got here before taking off the paper to stick it to my phone I played around with where I would want it on the phone. Found the right placement for me. Then I just wiped my phone down with and alcohol pad fist to remove the oils that our hands leave behind. I let it dry for about 60 sec, then peeled and placed it on and held firm but stead pressure for 30-60 sec. It has held since them with out and lifting of any kind, as of this review its been over a month now

Works great and is very comfortable. It has a perfect cut out for your trapezius. For a staggering $10.⁰⁰, its a steal. People that complain regarding its characteristics, probably just want someone to hold the handset to their head for them.

I have two of these. The first one is on my work phone and I’ve had it for three years. I didn’t have an issue putting it on the phone since it’s just a peel and stick. The second one is the same but for some reason I be d issues getting it to stick. It may be the phone itself since my work from home phone is flatter. It’s very comfy to use while waiting on hold. I only have it for stars for value of money because again the adhesive backing can be iffy if the phone is a flatter type phone but overall I’d buy it again.

Don't waste your money.... cheap is cheap, it's a waste of money. This item is poorly made with cheap flimsy double sided adhesive tape which DOES NOT STICK. It falls off easily and then sticks to itself so you can't even reattach it to the phone It never stuck at all to the phone and kept falling off. Had to return it for being a faulty damaged product, which I brought in person to personally hand it to the Amazon staff at Whole Foods. I'm still waiting for a refund, this return is "lost in limbo" and just as frustrating as it's product.
