Calcium Chews
They are easy to chew and the taste is not bad. I can take them on the go and they have become my favorite. After my Bariatric surgery I tried calcium pills and liquid calcium. Taking calcium in pill form was okay but I had to take five per dose. And the liquid only tasted good if I mixed it into a smoothie. Also, they don’t make my stomach upset with or without food.

What can I say it's a calcium supplement, they taste like now and later candy, I highly recommend.

Great taste
I put this on my monthly subscribe and save so I don't run out. You get 60 chews 500mg of calcium in each chew, so, I take to two chews a day to get 1000mg of calcium plus I have plant based yogurt and almond milk that brings up the total of daily calcium to a little over 1200mg. The chews are easily digested and no upset. I don't like chalky taste of other calcium sippliments and swallowing pills is a hassle. I did try the strawberry blast which I'm not a fan of... it has a strawberries and cream flavor. I went back to my Cranberry Grape which reminds me of Oceanspray Crangrape, but a little more intense flavor.

It's what I need after surgery. Not much to say i dont like the flavor and I wish they had dummies instead of chewable. Oh and maybe even strawberry flavor or orange anything but blueberry
