A must have for great at home Thai food.
This stuff is the bomb for at home curry. We especially like the yellow curry with shrimp. Sautéed with a bit of oil, then add in coconut milk or cream, bit of fish sauce and some fresh Thai basil, add your protein and enjoy. Canned potatoes work so well with this, as do green beans and mushrooms.
