This high density foam 36" is great for your back and shoulder. If you are suffering from an over work and tired muscles on your shoulders and upper back this is tool that you need according to a physical therapist instructor. I bought this to use as a stuffer under blankets for my newborn photography business. This is a great height for a small lift for a baby. Nice and firm and stays in place. I know this is not the intended use of the product, but it works perfectly for my needs.

Works great for my physical therapy . It’s also really good to bring the dog ball to you when your on the couch and your dog has a habit of dropping it 36” away from you and expecting you to pick it up .. just use it to scoot it to you and pick up the ball. Th is is if you have a dog who wants to play all the time . lol
