Extremely good product but depends on your circumstances
It took me a little while to realize I had a nervous bad habit. At some point over the last few years I started clenching my teeth. I would be doing it and not even notice it. It took me even longer to realize I was also clenching my teeth at night. It doesn't necessarily sound as bad as grating your teeth but when you comprehend the pressure being put on your teeth by clenching you quickly figure out you need a solution to avoid future broken teeth, severe pain and high dental bills. My problem with dental guards is twofold. For one, I breath a lot through my mouth. I can't have bulky plastic mouth guards that obstruct my airflow. So any potential solution of any significant size is out. Second, I have sensitive teeth. Anything that is formed to fit my teeth causes me discomfort and headaches. I tried several dental solutions trying to find something that didn't obstruct my airway and didn't put pressure on my teeth. The first thing I finally found that worked for me were Plackers. They worked but they were so minimalistic that they would slip out from my lower gum and teeth at times, ending up in my mouth at night or on my pillow/sheets. I finally found Snoreez and felt more comfortable with a minimal amount of material that still did the job BUT more mass than the Plackers, helping them to stay in place at night. Plus the front little hook on the Snoreez serves that purpose as well. I sleep with them over my lower teeth and they work perfectly. I also feel like there's enough rubbery material on these that it would be hard to swallow them. I've been wearing these for close to a year and never had a problem with that. But that's not to say it would be impossible. For the price, if you have the same challenges I did finding a solution, I'd recommend giving them a try. I don't know what I would do without these (except fret over my future dental problems and dentistry costs).

Do not waste your money on this.
These are 100 % useless. They fall all over your mouth. Huge choking hazard if you were crazy enough to fall asleep with them in your mouth. They are tiny and in NO WAY do they stay in place. The only thing of any value at all is the case they come in. Total garbage device.

Glad I took a chance on these despite the rating!
Wow big fan of these! I hate the big bulky ones! I always spit them out when I’m asleep and they’re uncomfortable. I clinch my jaw really bad at night so I can’t speak for teeth grinding but these help a lot, extremely comfortable and thin and have helped my jaw and tooth pain from night clinching.

It works
I received two separate guards, both in their own plastic tear open bags. Mine did NOT come with a case, just the two guards thrown in a mailer. They are pretty flimsy but not as flimsy as the single use placker brand ones I’ve bought before. I’ve been wearing just one on my top teeth at night, so far it’s OK. I haven’t choked on it and died in the night…yet. I also haven’t noticed that my teeth/jaw are sore in the morning, which is the whole point, so I can say that it works. It can shift around a bit but isn’t as bulky as a full mouthguard. My dentist said a custom bruxism tray would be over $500 and this is certainly more affordable. It should be cheaper though considering what it is.

Works fine if you’re awake
Works fine for stopping the grinding when you are awake. Do not get confused and buy this one for nighttime. It’s quite flimsy and I’m sure if you wore it to bed you would swallow it or choke on it.

Don't waste your money!
Nearly choked to death using this!! It is too small- even for a young adult with a small bite. It does not stay in place. There is absolutely nothing to keep it from moving when you grind your teeth which completely ruins the purpose of this. It comes awkwardly packed in a little case with unsealed packaging. Just placed in a container and a shoddily glue sealed bag. I felt extremely uncomfortable with this because the product could have easily been handled or used by anyone! Even deep cleaning it didn't take away my feeling of unease. It is poorly shaped. One side of mine is longer than the other making a fit impossible. It feels like it is designed to be easy to choke on. Can't explain it any other way. Oh and of course no returns or refunds due to it being a product you put in your mouth.

Easy breathing, No molding, Perfect Plasticity
I am not into review writing, but I read a lot of people struggling with teeth protectors so I want to help those who don't know what to chose, like I did. 1 I am a scubadiver and wanted the feel of the rubber mouthpiece. Sturdy but not hard. This thing is just that perfect feel. I don't know how long it lasts. That ofcourse depends on how much grinding you do. But there is more. 2 It only is on one jaw, leaving enough space for breathing through the mouth if that is needed. 3 And it is a pop in out of the box, so no molding at 87 degrees, or whatever is needed for the molding models. 4 Unlike some other models of this kind, there is a little part that helps it stay perfectly in place between the front teeth and prevent your front teeth from touching. I had braces late in life, and this thing is so much more comfortable. 5 I can even talk with them and drink. 6 They are cheap amounting to some $3,50 a piece in the twopack. Of course, this is a very personal thing, but I highly recommend to try it out like I did. When I opened the box, I though "what a useless cheaplooking crap. I 'll return them" But having bought them, I decided to pop them in afterall, and I immediately changed my mind. Hope this helps

Disappointed
Not great. Probably would have been ok but the tabs got flattened out and the tab made the fit uncomfortable.

Good to use until you get fitted replacement.

This mouth guard is perfect for clenching and teeth grinding. It fits properly on the upper or lower jaw and kind of clasps on so that it doesn't keep moving during night. It's not very big and therefore does not cause any soreness on the gums, pain in the teeth in morning or excessive salivation. It's material and build looks delicate but in its function, it's quite sturdy and useful. At 999 for 2 pieces, it's affordable and only kind of solution which works rather than many other guards of dubious origins. Hope the review helps someone in need.

It’s essentially just 2 prices of flimsy plastic that’s almost impossible to align properly to sit over your teeth so they move around and in-attach within seconds of putting them in. It’s such a chocking hazard I had to throw it away I would be way too scared to actually sleep with it in my mouth
