I take hand threrapy and I use this at home so I am getting better faster.

After a few months of using the finger strength stretchers, the material split and tore apart

I have been feeling my fingers being kind of stiff. Using just a few minutes every other day..seems to work

I train in strength and BJJ so wanted some extensor work as most of my training is very grip (flexor) intensive. level 2 was fairly easy so I started working on level 3 right away. took a week or two and then I was able to get good reps at nearly full extension, and was enjoying the progress I was making. After about 2 weeks of daily use, I noticed it started tearing from both where the thumb-hole pulls from, and not long after a complete tear.If this lasted a year or even 6 months I would understand, but 2 weeks of regular use is absurd, and a total waste.

Either I am very strong or these aren't great. They did not last long. I'm back to using the rubber bands off the broccoli I buy at the grocery store. There's no need to have your fingers in the holes.
