Read the reviews because I'm SO SCARED to put things on my face. Currently, I'm in a stressful situation, so my face on both sides of my face (chin area) broke out in deep painful pimples or something. They cleared up on my left side, kinda quick, initially. Then the right side had an outbreak, but deeper and PAINFUL cyst-like acne. It was taking FOREVER to heal. I used an antiseptic to take the pain away. Then I started reading the reviews for this soap. THIS SOAP! WOW! The few dark spots left on the left side, gon in a few days after starting this soap. The right side is clearing, EVERYDAY! My face is beautifully clear, everywhere else and even toned from this soap. I haven't begun to use this bar up. I can tell this bar of soap will last a while. It's pretty big and it lathers, nice and quick. There's no scent, too me. Also, I leave it on while I'm washing my cotton cloth out, only. I'm using it only on my face with the cotton cloth. People let me just say this, if it burns, it's left on too long. Be careful because anything can mess you up if not used properly. I'll be buying this from now on. I love this soap! I wasnt sure about this soap but I wanted to try it. Im glad I did and I will be getting more for sure. It makes my skin feel super clean and smooth. And I can see that my face looks brighter. It’s only been a couple days but I can actually see a difference. I didn’t take any before pictures because I’ve done it before with different skin products that didn’t work so I just went ahead and used it. I highly recommend this.

I love Aspen Kay's turmeric soap. The scent is potent with natural fragrance and it's gentle on my skin. It leaves my face feeling squeaky clean and I LOVE that. That's the reason I didn't add stars for "moisture" I don't consider this a moisturizing bar. I don't want a soap that feels like I didn't wash the oils and day's dirt and particles off of my face. I can say it doesn't leave my face feeling extremely dry. This soap leaves my face feeling refreshed and clears away dark marks (slowly but eventually). I do wish I could tell there was more turmeric in the bar. Turmeric has a golden hue, so it's interesting that the bar is more brown than anything. I do recommend!

I disliked the fact that the first ingredient is palm oil.. If I don't go behind and wipe excess residue off with a wash cloth, there will be a slippery buildup left on my face. It lathers good and I like the results after wiping off my face right after washing with this soap. But I don't like that the first ingredient is palm oil, it literally sticks to my face even after washing off the soap later. Which if not careful will cause unnecessary breakouts.

Don't be affair of the Turmeric. The bar is darker colored in person and has a very mild aroma as compared to, for example, their shampoo bars which are lovely. This is an excellent body and face bar. Haven't tested on my hair.

I really appreciate that this soap is made with ingredients that are natural and recognizable. The smell of the soap ensures to me that real tumeric is being used in the product . So it doesn’t bother me at all . The smell doesn’t linger after you lather and rinse . I have only used it for 2 days and 3 nights so far so I haven’t began to see results with lifting discoloration. However I have already began to see pore reduction and the small pimples I had 3 days are ago have completely disappeared. I brought this product in hopes to brighten my dark circles and sinus line as well as achieve the infamous “glass skin” . I pair this soap with a ph balancing toner , effective moisturizer, hydrating serum and dark circle eye cream . I have slightly oily skin so my advice is if you have sensitive or dry skin is to ensure that you balance the ph of your skin back out after the use of this soap with a great toner and moisturizer (at the least) . This soap is very stripping but for all the right reasons . Great bang for your buck .

Good facial wash for those who does not have sensitive skin. It was okay but then after days of using this I notice my face breakout a little , maybe because this is a soap. For those who have sensitive skin stick to a soap free facial wash.

It does smell like turmeric but once you lather it on yourself and washed it off it doesn't leave turmeric smell which is pretty good.

Using it week 3 not much difference to be honest . Does leave a slight smell after using it but smell isn't bad . No change !!
