Was very pleased with this purchase. There are a lot of options on the market and I was tossing up between several, really happy with this choice. It did exactly what it promised - provided good neck support throughout two long haul flights. It was proportioned well so you could rest your head on either side, and the area at the back is slimmer so you don’t feel pushed forward from the chair. I was really impressed with the quality of the fabric and the speedy bounce-back of the memory foam. It also comes in a really compact carry bag. Highly recommend this product.

Nice product, well packaged and looks like good quality... but wasn't a snug enough fit for me - to give some idea, I am 6'4" & 240lbs+, when the strap was as tight as it would let me make it, I could feel my neck taking the strain. I think its a case of this product will be great for some + not so great for others depending on body shape/size.

Absolutely no front support as I expected not being a U shape, can’t make it tight enough and the nylon strap gets loose very quickly. Also the foam is not ferm enough and it smells like mole, maybe because it’s new. So I opened the zip, no mole but Looks pretty bad quality foam inside. Rubish

hard to understand all the max reviews - not nearly big enough or firm enough to provide proper support from my point of view. Ended up just doubling it up in half and using it as an awkward pillow to one side. Probably this is a matter of taste, but its certainly not for me.

Brought 2 of these for myself and my partner for a long haul flight from London to Sydney. They were much too big for our necks, so uncomfortable and quite large to travel with. We ended up not even using them. Waste of money.

Does not close properly around the neck, it is so loose it cannot provide any support at all never mind forward support, also it smelt mouldy as if it was stored in a damp place for years.

I fly long haul for work fairly regularly and my old pillow was getting a bit worn so I gave this one a try. It went in the bin after 1 flight, wasn't worth giving it another go on the return leg. Fits reasonably around your neck but it just doesn't really do anything. The sides are just too low to give any useful support and the raised section doesn't help. In the end I was more comfortable without it. Looks good and packs down nicely, it even seems well made but it's just pointless.

I sent this back because it was so large it offered no support around my neck at all.
