Edinburgh Gin Bramble and Honey Flavoured Gin 70cl

Edinburgh Gin's Bramble & Honey Gin is a naturally decadent combination of dark fruit and silky honey. We post-infuse Edinburgh Gin Classic with fresh brambles and honey - the result is mouthwateringly rich, a tantalising gin that delights the taste buds. With enticing notes of dark berry and crisp juniper on the nose, followed by full, fruity berry and floral honey on the palate, this 40% abv gin is luxuriously smooth.

I thought this mix of flavours might be rather odd but bought this anyway as there was a good deal price on, and it has proved a very nice addition to my gin collection. Interesting - but not overwhelming - flavour, presented in a nice looking bottle.

Edinburgh have done a wonderful job with this gin. Balanced and not too sweet. Honey was a marvellous addition.

Juniper dominates the nose and made me wary of the serving suggestion of neat at room temperature, but the palate is a complex taste explosion, cycling from juniper, dark berries, and honey, as the liquid moves around the mouth. The finish is thick sweet honey with just a hint of aniseed, and a flash of burn. Interested to try it with a light tonic, but it's genuinely good enough to drink straight. Tried with ice and a lemon twist (then realised I had no tonic). Less complex, but also less sweet, so balances nicely.

Good value. Husband was delighted with his gift.

There's not a lot to say. If you enjoy the occasional tipple with a difference try it. You won't be disappointed.

Not the best gin , the flavour was too strong for our pallet

This gin is yummy, has a light enough flavour with a nice amount of sweetness, perfect over ice or with added tonic. Very easy to drink, has to be one of my favourite brands of gin.
