McAfee Antivirus Software

Recieved retail card code on time. This was supposed to be new unopened product. Apparently this code must have been re-stock item after a return. Needless to say, the code had already been redeemed. I was able to contact support and they had to set me up with an entirely different code. I am now protected but have been shorted 10 days because original buyer recieved code and tried to use it.

I still cant download it. I go to the site and it has me going to under places and I just need to the site to down load it .

This product was received before promised and was very easy to install. It is working great and has given us peace of mind ! Will order again next year.... :)

Could not get it to protect the 3rd computer, even after hours with tech support. had to end up buying 4th computer protection. Customer response was unresponsive to my complaint.
