Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 64GB, Space Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

I recently purchased the Apple iPhone 11 Pro in the 64GB, Space Gray, unlocked (renewed) version and have been extremely impressed with its performance. As someone who is constantly on the go and relies heavily on their phone for work and personal use, I was in need of an upgrade and decided to give this renewed version a try. First and foremost, the camera on this phone is truly exceptional. With three 12-megapixel lenses (wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto) it allows for a wide range of photography options and produces stunning, professional-quality images. I've found myself using it more and more for both personal and work-related photography and have been consistently impressed with the results. Additionally, the battery life on this phone has been impressive. I can easily go a full day of heavy use without needing to charge, which is a major plus for someone who is always on the go. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Apple iPhone 11 Pro, and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a high-quality, reliable phone. The renewed version is a great option for those looking to save some money while still getting a top-of-the-line device.

Purchased this phone as a gift back in 2023. My wife really loved it. Was her first iPhone! Easy for her to learn the software and use daily. She is now team apple and owns a iPhone 15 pro max

My daughter’s phone died, and it was critical that we replace it because she’s at an age where she ventures out on her own more and more. Having location and the ability for her to call if she needs help was a must. Someone recommended an Amazon renewed iPhone, which was fantastic as our budget didn’t allow for a new phone. We got the phone and it looked great, seemed to work fine. Except it would not connect to cellular. After a week and a half of going round and round with our phone carrier, we finally figured out the phone was not fully unlocked as the listing had set. We initiated a return and were told we would be refunded when the phone was received and checked. I was initially told by the Amazon CSR I spoke to that as a courtesy, they would issue the refund as soon as the item showed it was picked up by UPS. After waiting a few days and no sign of refund, I called again. I was told by this CSR that I was given incorrect info, Amazons policy was to issue the refund when it’s received and checked. OK. So I wait again. I was told that once the phone was received, it could be up to 30 business days for it to be checked and refunded—but it rarely takes that long. I was given the date it was received. More waiting, then a full 30 business days after it had been received I called again to check on refund. It had not been initiated, but that CSR was initiating it. It literally took a full month and a half from the time Amazon received it (not from the time UPS picked it up—from the time Amazon actually received it back at their facility) for my refund to post. And the reason it was being returned was because it was misrepresented in the listing (not being fully unlocked), not because we changed our mind or anything frivolous. That did not matter and there was no courtesy or concession for what was their mistake in the first place. If you do get anything Amazon renewed, beware. If it works (like the 2nd phone we ordered did), it’s great and a wonderful option if you can’t afford fully new. But if there’s a problem you will get the run around, delays and misinformation from Amazon’s CSRs. They claim to stand behind all renewed products, but they will absolutely drag their feet and claim “it’s our policy” while you’re left waiting endlessly. So when it comes to Amazon renewed, don’t be blinded by the great prices and guarantees…it’s definitely “buyer beware”!

Life long Android user here. I lost my phone and needed a replacement but didn't want to spend a ton of money. So I decided to give this iphone a shot since it was within my budget. If I have to be honest I was kind of skeptical to order a used/refurbished phone but I was wrong. It did not disappoint me at all. The phone came in excellent condition. No scratch marks are seen. The set up is easy. I called ATT and activated eSim. You can call me old fashion because this the first time I learn that a phone service can be activated without using the actual sim card. The battery was 85% when I turned it on the first time right out of the package. And it lasted for a whole working day and an evening. Everything works well. Face ID is fast and fully functional. Overall, this is worth the money. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Llegó en muy buenas condiciones, ningún detalle estético, la condición de batería es de 84% nada mal, funcionando todo bien hasta ahorita no tengo queja, para el precio está súper, esperemos que con el tiempo todo vaya bien, dato extra me gustó que ya traía su cristal templado👍🏼

A un mes de usarlo todo es excelente, la pila venia al 100%, como nuevo de estética. Lo compré por $5449, no lo compres por mas. Todo bien con este teléfono. Yo venia de un iPhone 6s así que para mi este es un avión.

Venía bastante despintado de los bordes y con un rayón profundo en la pantalla pero la batería está muy bien en 96%. de estética le daría un 7/10 pero la batería lo compensa bastante

Tenia mis dudas al momento de comprar este celular pues es reacondicionado, pero me lleve una gran sorpresa pues este llego en perfecto estado, es como si lo hubieran abierto usado una semana y lo dejaron. Su estética es de 98 por no decir un 100, camara imecable, con bateria a un 100% y me llego con vidrio templado. si le tengo que poner un pero es que me llego con el cable que no es original pero pues eso se especifica en la descripción del articulo. se me hace muy bien al precio que lo compre $7300 muy satisfecho con la compra.

Mi teléfono lo recibí bien, funcionó por unos meses, después dejó de cargar la pila se quedaba en el 1%, tramite la devolución, lo regresé y no aceptaron la devolución, hasta ahora no llega ni el teléfono ni el dinero, muy mal servicio.
