Well packaged and defect free. Using it as a shim on a homemade two piece router table modular fence. When attached to the regular fence I can use it as a jointer. The fact that the lexan sheet was uniformly 1/16" makes it perfect for my application.

Not so brittle like acrylic. Cuts well and precise on table saw with a jigsaw blade made for PVC. Comes with protective film that doesn't leave residue and stays on until you peel it off. You can cut the polycarbonate and drill into it with the protective film on and the film has some cutting lines on it and you can add more on the white film without writing directly on the polycarbonate. Even the flat cardboard packaging it comes is not only perfect but can be used underneath the sheet as a drill backstop or to store unused sheets or pieces. I used a 1/16" thick sheet to make a replacement lens as part of a vintage flashlight restoration project. It was easy to cut with heavy duty shears. A perfect fit on the first try. Additionally, compared to other suppliers, the cost was a bargain. Somewhere around 15% less.

My appreciation to the manufacturer for providing a product which is precisely the thickness advertised, and not just 'about' 1/16 " or .0625. My tool and die maker hubby measured with a micrometer and it is perfect. Thank you for your precision. I also purchased some supposedly 1/8" or .125 which was not precisely that, but rather was just a tiny bit too thin. Where is the pride in making sure what you advertise is what you sell? Anyway, many thanks to the company for their accurate description of the product.

The polycarbonate clear sheet is sturdy, worked well for my project but for me a little difficult to cut to the size I needed. I would have bought a thinner type sheet because it would have been easier for me to cut.

I bought it to protect my red dot and scope in airsofr, not sure if its stopped anything yet but my sight isnt broken yet to ill say its working
