Super good! Ive been fighting tendon issues for years and years. After 45 to 60 days I have no more pain. I can only believe this has helped my tendon issues. Now after 3 to 4 months I've returns to physical activity with no issues. I haven't been able to do this for many years.

I got two of these, with an assortment of other bone healthy vitamins (vitamin d3+ k2, L-Lysine, B Complex, and Boron) to help me recover faster from breaking my 5th metatarsal bone on my right foot. I'm 28F, on the much heavier side, but very active, and just had a whoopsy rolling roughly on my ankle trying to run for the bus lol. Have been taking them for almost 3 weeks and have to say my foot is feeling a lot better. Swelling has gone down from looking like a literal ham hock. It's not painful to even wiggle my pinky toe anymore. I'm not saying this is some miracle pill and maybe it's the combination of other vitamins I've been taking but I want to believe this is the ring leader in my recovery. I take between two or three a day. It's easy to swallow. Taste is terrible but that's to be expected. And I've no side effects either. It also seems to be helping with joint pain too from not walking as much as I have. So THAT'S a blessing! Even my orthopedic said he would've highly suggested this for bone recovery if I hadn't done my research before visiting him, so that says something about how great this is!

I decided to try this product to help with joint and tendon health and for improving my body fat levels. I was injured in a car accident last year and my neck and back have been on a long process of healing. I’ve definitely noticed less pain in those areas. The other benefit I was happily surprised with was my body fat levels were going down visibly even though my weight stayed steady at 205. I also noticed less feelings of bloat in my upper abdomen and liver area. This will be a regular part of my supplement program. Thank you!

Let me first say, please (Toniq) never change your source for this Cissus Quad supplement. I'm absolutely floored by just how well it works. I'm 43 years old and try to work out 5 days a week lifting heavy. It really helps with my shoulder which was dislocated 15 years ago and has a tendency to ache. In addition, I've found this supplement really helps with overall post-gym soreness if I take 2x the dosage. Having tried almost all other Cissus products out there this is by far the best. So again, Toniq please never cheap out on your source for this product to make more profit and you will have a life-long customer!

I couldn't keep taking it, it made me and my wife drowsy even in the morning and the next day. Its great as a sleep aid. For what I wanted it for ill never know if it works cause I cant keep taking it.

I'm in my 40's now, and finding health & wellness supplements has become a new norm for me. I live in Colorado and the weather changes can be brutal on your joints. I found that the Cissus improved my joint movements from head to toe! My hands, shoulders, knees, etc. I don't have anything that ails me but I've noticed as I get older, aches and pains just happen. After taking the Cissus, I was much more active/limber - it was one of those things that caught me off guard and I realized that the supplements were working. I take other supplements but this is the first I've taken for joint support, and I'm impressed. I didn't realize how important those functions were until the aches and pains stopped. This is my second order. I know how it should look and smell. You can see in the photo that the pills have brown stains on them. Given the strong strange smell of the pills, I believe the pills have rotten even with the preservative in the bottle. Unfortunately, since I received the package exactly 30 days ago, I am not able to return this item.

When opened many capsules were broken as if never sealed properly. Was not happy with the quality of the product and considering the other review where someone posted a picture of what may be rotten cissus, which mine looked alike, I am weary of ordering again.
