Great kit for the price!
This kit was put together really well. I was able to get everything installed and working in just a couple hours. The most time was spent routing the positive cable through the fire wall and under the rubber mat to the rear of the van. I ended up having 3 or four feet of extra red cable that i cut off. I plan to run the yellow wire to a switch to toggle a ground connection to allow starting off the auxillary battery incase the main battery is dead.

So Far So Good...2 AWG wire worth the price of unit
I installed thus yesterday. Looking at the other reviews I see that this unit is known to fall after 6 months or so. I will update my review if that should happen. For now I am happy as the included 15 feet of 2 AWG wire is worth the price of the unit... I mean you'd just about pay $50 just for that much 2 AWG wire!

Nice, but make sure its what you need.
Works, just not what i should have tried on the pontoon. Should have gotten the a, b, both switch instead.

Works great on my 2012 Chevy Avalanche
It keeps my backup battery charged and ready to go for my RV trailer's power when boon docking. Plus it can be used to jump my main battery if needed. Obviously you need some technical and automotive electrical skills to properly hook it up. The Avalanche I own already had a place for a spare battery and the wiring was already there to provide power to the trailer.

Easy install
Was easy to install and easy to hook up my accessories in my can am commander 4 seater sxs. Haven't had my primary battery die since installing this. Would definitely recommend to a friend and purchase another one if I ever need to too.

Great product and easy to inatall
Use to duel battery in truck to run 1000 watt inverter and works great! I just need to buy a toggle switch to reverse the battery if the main one needs a boost.

Comes with everything but instructions are shot
Everything is self explanatory except the yellow wire. Nothing in instructions so here you go lop the yellow wire is used to add a switch which when turned on will go from auxiliary battery power to send power to your primary battery if that one goes dead

Doesn't work
I have this on my pontoon boat between 2 24 series batteries that are both brand new. They also both have a solar charger on each of them. One is strictly a starting battery and the other is a deep cycle to run the accessories. I can only listen to the stereo on my boat for about 15 minutes which I am guessing the amount of power from the solar charger. Going to just eliminate this and hook them up in parallel so they both get recharged. Don't waste your money!
