Sturdy, high quality and good looking all for a reasonable price.
Liked the looks, quality and price. Hauled a large bed frame head/footboard that wouldn’t fit in the truck bed From AZ to WA (1700 miles) without any issues. Plus was rear ended in OR destroying our camp trailer and it all held tight. Drove many miles with high winds and rain no leaks detected inside camper shell. I would say it is extremely sturdy. It’s a little noisy but not excessive and that can be reduced by removing the cross bars when not in use. Removing them is the only major drawback, the squeeze mechanism to release each side of the bar is extremely stiff making it a real struggle to do. Plus lots of plastic parts in the release/ looking mechanism so don’t want to use a lot of force to remove.Lots of thought and engineering went into producing them and lots of thought went into installing them, had a mechanically minded friends help. Read all the directions, check for all the parts some are tucked inside the cross bar tubes. We pre-assembled the whole unit then carefully placed it on top of the camper and adjusted it from there. We were careful to hit the single wall outer edge of the camper as there was a double walled center section for structural integrity of the shell. The supplied bolts wouldn’t have been long enough and not sure of any compression issues associated with the double wall. All done before we drilled a single hole.Installed on a Leer fiberglass camper shellNo regrets on purchasing, good price sturdy high quality rack.

Great Rack but missing parts
I love the rack but one of the crossbars came missing the end caps and I cannot find anyway to contact the seller to ask for the missing end caps. I would absolutely give this five stars if they send me the caps

Great rack for the money. Follow the directions!
It wasn't overly easy to install, but not overly difficult once I realized my truck cap tapers at the rear. It is also hard to get an accurate measurement on a round edge. After farting around for about an hour, I decided to assemble it, then mark and drill the holes. This worked out well for me. One mistake I made by not paying close enough attention to the directions was cutting off the wrong end of the rack to fit my cap. I didn't pay attention and cut off the end that allows you to remove the uprights. I have no plans to take the rack off, so no big deal. I can still remove the cross bars. If I ever want to remove the towers, I would Dremel some new slots. I don't hear any wind noise which is surprising based on other racks I've had. Although this is mounted on the cap over the bed. It looks great on the cap of my Tacoma. 14' Kayak mounts securely on top. Did a test run with no problems.

Missing cross bar mounting hardware
Cutting up and attaching the tracks was is as far as I could get. My package was missing the bag for the mounting kit(QMHD05) for the crossbars. I'm waiting to hear back from the manufacturer and seller to see how I can get the missing parts.Other than that, I was able to chop the tracks easily with a miter saw.The T bolts slide along the track on the bottom, so you can drill holes on your mounting surface spaced as needed. The only line up that is needed is the end cap portion and even that is not required. This makes drilling far more flexible. In my case, I could drill around the cross brace on the underside of my tonneau cover and not have to worry about getting access to the bolt. The parts that I do have fit together well. It's a well designed kit. The longest part of the install was marking for drilling. They list a 6.5 mm drill bit to be used. I used a 1/4 and that worked out perfectly.I'm looking forward to mounting the cross bars and getting the bikes up there. Hopefully, the customer support is excellent.Update: Excellent service directly from Rhino Rack. Seller support is non existent. Good to know that Rhino Rack is ready to stand by it's products.Update: Thanks to Rhino Rack USA quickly sending me the kits, I was able to complete my install. The rack is on solidly. If you line up the towers perfectly into the bases, there's a tiny bit of play. To take the play out, offset the towers in or out of the cross bars just a hair, That'll just a hair. That'll take out that little bit of wiggle.

Quality engineered product, but missing parts and guide
EDIT: After dealing with some QC and a little bit of customer service issues, I found everything necessary for this product. Very happy with the final results. You'll need to be very "handy" to make it work. The product is very well designed. I feel comfortable leaving it on my roof with the safeguards designed. The installation could have been fairly easy (with 2 people, will take several hours with 1) if I was sent all the parts necessary with a guide on how to install. YouTube, unfortunately, was my only solution in which I had to figure out the process piecemeal. The paper guide that was sent with the product was for the wrong product and left me with a parts list that was misleading. If you get all the right parts and know how to set up this product already, I highly recommend. Otherwise, you might also be left fairly disappointed by the comprehensive customer experience.

Really great price and product!
First off, this is a great price for the entire system, Tracks, mounts, and bars, cheapest I could find by far. It all mounted up exactly as mentioned, took a little bit of time getting it all measured out, holes drilled and mounted, but not too bad and worked like a charm. The thing I really like about this over my Thule bar rack I have on my other car is the great design of being able to remove the bar system so easily, and I mean so easy, about a minute and you can have the bars and mounts off and just put on the foot caps, great for when you go to a car wash or if you just don't want the bars on all the time, really great design. The only thing we'll have to see is if over time, the locking system of the bar mounts loosen up from taking them on and off, we'll see...Overall, really impressed with the price and the product...
